Your first examination, treatment plan and cost estimate will be free of charge, with the possibility of installment payments. Panoramic and X-ray images are to be paid. When you are agreed with the therapy, you need to fill out health questionnaire and approving statement about therapy performance. If you are unable to come on the agreed term, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, as we could arrange the term to another interested patient.
