My whole family and I have always gone to this dentist, and I think they have already lost 4 clients, because after what happened yesterday I don't think we will return again. If I make an appointment at 5:30 p.m. it is because I can at that time, not because it is 6:30 p.m. and they haven't caught me yet, and a man has arrived 15 minutes after my time and entered before me.
