Very nice experience. I've been seeing this ortho for 3 years and haven't noticed anything negative. Very friendly staff and they know what they are doing!! Highly recommended!!

Good ortho!! I got my braces here and there were never any complications. The only disadvantage is that my locks have broken off quite often, even while eating a sandwich that is just soft... that's a shame... but other than that I'm satisfied :))

How happy I am with my 'new teeth'! I followed an Invisalign procedure under fantastic guidance and my teeth are completely straight again. Thanks to the professional guidance of all employees of Orthospecialist Leidschenveen and in particular orthodontist Eric van Westendorp, what great people!

I was treated by Orthospecialist Leidschenveen. Excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. The reception at reception is also well organised. The results of the Invisalign treatment were satisfactory.

Didn't have a nice ortho experience with this one! Everything impersonal costs a lot of money, they make you wait a long time for a follow-up appointment, they don't think along with your plan of action, they don't communicate with each other, I just had to think along with them, otherwise they would have forgotten to take some steps! I'm willing to pay money, but the way you are treated there is really not worth it! Don't recommend it to anyone! Continue looking for an ortho who will invest time and energy in you! I waited 30 minutes on the phone to make an appointment and then the connection was disconnected due to crowds.

I have been treated with Invisalign for 2 years. The result is truly stunning and I receive so many positive comments. Eric van Westendorp is knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I think the communication and administration is a point of attention, which could be clearer.

One of the worst orthos ever, those orthodontists are more concerned with talking than checking your teeth, teeth, etc. They said that I would have braces for a maximum of 2 years and would come out in the spring, it is already autumn. I've been working on it for 3 years for nothing. You still have to pay just for a small checkup of 5 minutes where they only check your teeth for €40+ which a 7 year old can also do and just say "brush better" or whatever.... (Show more)

There's a lot of messing around going on. Treatment continues. Mistakes are made, it doesn't matter. Then some longer treatment. The results are reasonable, but expensive and long lasting.

As an adult, I debated for years whether or not to get braces. When I experienced how my daughter was helped, I was convinced. In my case I was treated by Mr Westendorp, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, and the assistants are without exception competent and helpful. Orthodontist Westendorp provided very knowledgeable and transparent advice on whether or not to undergo braces in adulthood. And that is actually only the intake rate. Also very pleasant contact with the counter assistants. I highly recommend the practice!

After a long and arduous journey including braces/retainers, bimaxilliary osteotomy (jaw surgery), gum transplants and a bridge, I can now say I am truly happy with the end result. A sincere thank you to Dr. van Westendorp and his high-skilled team of specialists who consistently demonstrated expertise, compassion, patience and great support from start to finish. I always felt welcomed by the team (including of course the reception staff), who remained on hand to answer my questions and guide me through the process in a friendly and open environment. Terrible service, they keep gossiping with each other about colleagues while they are undergoing treatment

A different assistant every time, who are mainly busy with each other. You hardly get to see the orthodontist himself. Not personal at all and rates are too high, a 5-minute check costs more than 40 euros.

Horrible service! From the reception all the way to the orthodontists!

It's a money factory. No personal attention and you only see the assistants, each a different one, who don't even look closely at the step-by-step plan. Don't go here. As soon as I can switch to another orthodontist, I will do so immediately

I have now switched to another practice. Years ago I had a brace placed on my lower jaw and it broke down every time I took a bite of something that wasn't hard at all. I see putting a lock bar there as a waste of money. Just not good quality and the price doesn't match either.
