I first came here around 2002 to 2007/2008 as a 9/10 year old child. I thankfully quit when I was in 3rd grade. How badly I was treated! I was treated by Marjolein and a woman with light blond hair. When I first went there I didn't speak Dutch very well and I think they thought they could fix anything. It's been so long now, but I've been thinking about it so often lately. How could they treat me so poorly, why did I never say anything about it? I remember when Marjolein was putting my braces on, my mouth was full of cotton balls and something hurt so I made a certain sound, suddenly she said: oh, it hurts, go away, I won't put it on for you anymore... so I shaking my head no and so scared. She once gave me a toothbrush. I threw it away after use. She also made a big deal out of that... oh, do you do that at home too? From now on you will no longer receive brushes from us... and then inform reception downstairs that you don't give her any more brushes, she will throw them away after 1 use... I could mention a few other examples, but I will spare you. My teeth are now straight, but unfortunately they suffered trauma.... (Show more)

My treatment has just been completed and I am very happy with the result. Very helpful and explained step by step what was going to happen. Appointments were easy, smooth and always on time. There is a very nice, friendly and close-knit team, so the many visits were no punishment. Five stars from my side.... (Show more)

My daughter really chose her treatment plan together with the orthodontist. Pleasant atmosphere and good treatment

I am currently being treated and I think it is a very nice and pleasant practice, the counter assistants welcome you kindly and the orthodontists Willemijn and Marieke are very friendly and explain everything well and clearly!

Bad service and they could use nicer communication, racist, in short, an address to skip

It's a pity that as a parent you are not allowed to enter. By appointment only.

Bad orthodontist. amateurish personal, very poor personal attention without a permanent ortho, you cannot choose when you make an appointment, do not provide clear information about the status of the treatment and keep dragging it out by setting a completely different goal than you set at the beginning tells.not recommended.... When I was 17 I got braces because my teeth were going all over the place, I wore them for a year and a half and they did my teeth perfectly. Personally recommended.

You will receive good help now that I have my braces. If I have any damage I can arrive within 1 day

I have a block brace myself, but yesterday I was supposed to get clasps at the top and bottom with elastic bands, but I didn't get that, I only have clasps at the bottom now, while I also need it at the top, the lady I had was very rude and she made me wet and made stupid comments

Not recommended

I think these are extremely bad orthodontists. Every time there is something, something is loose, crooked, not right, or poking my gums. I also get poked in my gums regularly. They also told me at the beginning that I only needed my braces for one year. It is now two years later and I have not been informed or kept informed. I do not recommend these orthodontists.... If you don't speak Dutch - avoid!

Something was always loose or the thread was popping out. If you are not Dutch you will not be helped well. Especially in terms of attention. You get strange looks and not even enough information is given. I didn't feel welcome while paying like all the other customers. I was completely done with it. Really not recommended!!
