I saw Dr. on an outpatient basis. Have surgery in Wittenberg. Knee after skiing accident. Three doctors each made a diagnosis in advance and presented it together. I liked that very much. The entire support and organization was also excellent. I felt very comfortable and safe at all times. All questions were answered immediately by email by the doctor himself. Very disappointing experience! Ladies and Gentlemen I must share with you my extremely frustrating experience I recently had at your clinic. As a patient with an urgent biceps muscle tear, I visited your clinic in the hope of quick and competent help. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be extremely disappointing and stressful. Although the first appointment left a positive impression and I felt like I was in good hands, this impression was quickly shattered on the day of the planned operation. It was claimed that my blood values ​​were not sufficient to carry out the operation. I was sent home and told to rest and reschedule. 3 days later, after getting enough rest, I immediately had two more blood tests done by two different doctors, which revealed no concerns about the surgery. I was shocked when the head of appointment management, Ms. S., told me again that the operation was still not possible, even though two independent doctors confirmed the opposite. The unwillingness to address my situation and the inability to ensure appropriate communication left me deeply disappointed. Despite several attempts, I was unable to speak to Dr. M. B. or another doctor to discuss my concerns and find a solution. After more than two weeks of pain and frustration, I unfortunately have to advise anyone not to visit your clinic. The insufficient accessibility of the doctors and the incompetent staff only made my situation worse and caused me unnecessary trouble. Fall-related shoulder pain was diagnosed and treated with physical therapy. As a result, the condition worsened over three months; the pain increased to an unbearable degree. The subsequent visit to the “Klinik am Ring” resulted in a completely different diagnosis with appropriate therapy. After just 10 days I am pain-free. Under the motto "Mistakes can happen, and you can learn from tips for the benefit of future patients" I sent the treating doctor at the Mediapark Clinic a friendly, constructive email - reaction: none. Outpatient knee surgery by Dr. Had Münster, everything went great, very friendly surgical staff. I was woken up in the recovery room after general anesthesia with coffee and cookies, it couldn't be better 😁 my knee is doing well again, the operation was successful. I have been to this clinic a total of four times since 2015; I got two new knees and two new hips there. The first three times I was there as a private patient, the last time in December 2023 I was there through my statutory health insurance. Dr. Stock is a really competent, very good and nice doctor who always made me feel like I was in excellent hands. The clinic itself is more like a hotel, everyone is incredibly nice and the rooms and bathroom are spacious and friendly. The food is excellent, the overall stay is really made as pleasant as possible after such an operation... I will continue to go there again in the future if at all possible. Thanks to you all!... Mr. Stock is not only a proven TOP doctor, he is above all a human being. He is always present, at the initial consultation, on the day of the admission he personally comes into the room and greets you, comes by every day after the operation and always asks how you are doing. The anesthesia, surgery and pain therapy were so professional that you don't have to be afraid to have an operation in this premium clinic. During anesthesia you are relieved of any restlessness. The treatment afterwards is extremely professional, the physios, if you like acupuncture, are applied sensitively and purposefully, everyone is very friendly and seriously tries to get the best out of it. I was treated here at the ATOS clinic by Dr. Moser operated on an umbilical hernia. Everything was well organized. I was informed about everything in advance in a friendly and competent manner. The operation itself went very well. I felt like I was in good hands there and am very satisfied.

Suffered from neck stenosis for 4 years and got stuck in the waiting period in the Netherlands, decided to make an appointment. What a shame we hadn't done this sooner. Upon arrival in Cologne, we went through the mill of preparations and the MRI, together with fellow sufferers who are looking forward to the operation with the same experience. Report at 7am the next day and get to work straight away. It feels unreal when you finally go back to the room... together with fellow sufferers we euphorically discuss the loss of the pain so familiar to us... Biggest plus points for us were; - speed and options for surgery (same week) - detailed but above all clear explanation of my situation chapeau! - pleasant and professional guidance during your stay by all employees. Can recommend this to everyone. Don't be left with pain any longer! There are points that you could take into account when making an appointment. 1. There are hotels close by (walking distance) such as NH hotel. However, these are also relatively expensive. Looking further can be of great benefit here. However, you will have to come to the clinic by car. For us, NH was a great hotel. 2. Not all health insurance policies have a contract with Atos. However, you can be referred by clinics in the Netherlands with which there is a contract. If you have the time, first check which route is most economical for you. Good luck!... (Show more)

Was done yesterday by Dr. Schäferhoff operated on the cruciate ligament. From the reception to the instruction in the room, the preparations for the operation - everything was top notch. The operation went great (which you can say after one day as a patient) and what Dr. Schäferhoff reported back. Anesthesia was top notch (local anesthesia in the lumbar area + small general anesthesia). I was responsive on the way from the operating room to the recovery room and so far there was no pain. I was able to eat something straight away and never felt sick. Food is good too. Great clinic with the best service. Keep it up and thank you to the whole team.... (Show more)

I am from Dr. Thomas Stock and his team were operated on and cared for after a ruptured Achilles tendon. From the first moment I felt like I was in good hands and the clinic as a whole is perfectly structured to help me get well. Thank you!
