I only have one word that comes to mind when I think about my treatment in this dental office: Anger, disappointment How can you explain to me that after 5 years of orthodontic treatment, 2 years with a plate and 2 years with braces, 4 fewer teeth and a little over 12,000 CHF less in my bank account. Do I have to start a new orthodontic treatment with aligners this time if. The dentist “brought back” my front teeth whereas now I have to do the opposite. I'm not even talking about the gentleness of the dentist who can pull on your tooth when he sees you cracking by pulling even harder (a sort of oral release). The assistants are all very friendly, attentive and listen to us “almost” the complete opposite of the dentist. A pleasant and clean lounge but the somewhat “mouth factory” atmosphere bothered me slightly. The assistants do almost all the work and the dentist just comes to fix something (approximately in a 45 minute appointment you will only see the dentist for 5 minutes) Having had the CHANCE to be able to try several means of orthodontics, I strongly recommend aligners, a simulation really shows us what will happen in our mouth unlike braces where we pull a little to the left and a little to the right. Being able to remove it when eating, much less pain. I trusted the Ortho-Ouchy office but did not fall into the trap like me. NEVER set foot there.... (Show more)

Quality work, right through to the end of the treatment and even afterwards if necessary. Dr and Dresse Joss are caring and always professional despite their extraordinary workload! And we're not even talking about the assistants... just perfect! P.S for those like me who read all the comments, being a professional hygienist, I can tell you that gutters cannot correct everything unfortunately. Don't believe everything you read...... It is the assistants who carry out the work that must be done by the specialist... Terrible!

A gentleman who is too full of himself passes patients without greeting them. I do not comment on the quality of care. Do it again, I won't go back.

As an adult, I was very skeptical about getting braces but Dr. Joss and Dr. Joss-Vasalli were absolutely fantastic. The prices were very competitive! Highly recommend this practice!
