Such a positive experience!!! After a lifelong fear of dentists, Orbismed achieved the impossible and made my visit to them a positive experience. I had full upper and lower dental implants and am overwhelmed with the results, I have my smile back! Every single member of the team were professional, friendly and accommodating. The clinic was well equipped and spotless. Everything was explained in full and I was listened to every step of the way. My wellbeing was checked throughout due to how nervous I was. The transfer and hotel was great and my coordinators Elham and Aycin were so wonderfully supportive. The whole team seemed genuinely happy for me after my procedure. I have now had two visits to the Orbismed Clinic for full implants and the service has been five star on both occasions. I love the end product and cannot fault the professionalism of the whole team. I was at the clinic in Antalya two weeks ago for first visit. Had teeth removed, 8 implants and bone graphs. I would never envisaged going through all that as I am so scared of the dentist. I have temp bottom teeth until I go back for completion in December. The team were amazing I cannot praise them enough but a special thanks to our interpreter’G’ she was amazing and I’m sure without her guidance and support I would not have gone through with it. Coming from England where i was ripped off and treated like I own them because I was able to get an appointment, I have no words to compare. The hospitality of Gulcin and her professional way of organising everything is just marvelous. What an experience I’ve had!!! From the first message on whatts app to the final appointment gulzin ozer my first point of contact was amazing… she couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable, people have different views on the so callled “turkey teeth” but I couldn’t be happier with my result.Now my dentist Guner yazici is a perfectionist and a funny character, he is too made me feel relaxed and comfortable the work he did and the result is second to none.This practice has everything from the planning in my trip to the transport and support to the final outcome. My experience at OrbisMed clinic was great! From the moment I first spoke with Ian, my mind was put at ease and I’m not an easy guy to deal with! Can’t fault any part of my treatment, I was the most nervous I’ve been in my life but the team and the organisers were brilliant and now I wonder why I was so worried and didn’t get my new teeth sooner! I was looked after and informed every step of the way. Gülçin my co-ordinator, kept my daughter informed of my every move and was so polite and understanding. Had treatment in Antayla,Turkey,found them through Facebook and woman was great from start to finish,organising transfers to and from the clinic aswell as arranging transfers to the old town when we weren't at dentist and dentist was also great aswell
