Called to set an appointment and confirmed if their dentist is Dr. Tan, A. I’m not from Bacolod and a friend just recommended me to see her. I was just confirming the doctor’s name because google says only the name of the clinic and not the name of the doctor. The one who answered the phone was so rude to state that i should know the doctor’s name ahead of time and she was very impertinent only with that thought. What a shame! That’s why i called to confirm in the first place. If you don’t need patients, or don’t treat your clients with respect, there are hundreds of dentists in Negros that’s more competent, kind, accommodating and pleasing. If over the phone the staff is already rude and conceited, i could only imagine their attitude in person. Keep it up!! 😛... (Show more)
I had All-Ceramic crowns done and definitely I'm so happy with the outcome. He's so meticulous in doing the procedure. Highly recommendable. Thanks Dr. Gerard! See you again when I'm back in the Philippines. I had a vacation in the Philippines last Christmas 2015 and I visited Dr. Gerard Tan. He's so accomodation and answers well my questions. I highly recommend both Dr. Gerard Tan and Dr. Zoe Tan to anyone looking for an all-around excellent dentists and well run office, and especially recommend them for those that have fear or anxiety about dentist appointments, as I did before becoming their patient. I had oral prophylaxis, dental filings and dental bridges done. They really explained well the case before doing the procedure. I'm happy now with my smile! Thanks for taking care of my teeth.... I have had a fear of dentist since I was little. Dr. Zoe is the best, she goes easy and gentle. The office personnel are extremely helpful. I had teeth whitening, it was awesome results! Instant result after an hour, you will see the difference. I have no regrets having my teeth done in this clinic while I'm in vacation in the Philippines. One thing, it's a lot cheaper compare here in the U.S. I will definitely recommend this clinic.... (Show more)
