I experienced his working method as high-quality and people-oriented. He knows how to apply his expertise and knowledge in the right way, while also taking me as a patient into account. Because I was very anxious before the treatment, he took the time to reassure me and provided very detailed explanations before and after the treatment. A clear budget was also provided. The treatment could also be carried out at short notice. I didn't feel anything at all from the treatment, and hardly felt any pain after the treatment! In short, a really super professional! My dentist referred me to Noorderpark for a root canal treatment. Because I wasn't in much pain, I thought it might take a while, but I was called that same day for an appointment that would take place in 2 days. The next day I received a call to remind me of that appointment, what a service! The treatment itself was also so nice! The doctor first explained to me what the options were and during the treatment I was included in everything he did. I was also well anesthetized so I felt very little and as soon as the dentist noticed that it was sensitive he anesthetized it. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a specialist. They are sweet, patient and professional people, and in 1 week I will be called again to see how I am doing! I will definitely come again if there is something special with my teeth! Not recommended at all. Customer satisfaction is hard to find. My bill was sent to my old address while it was normally always sent by email, for that reason I never received the bill and suddenly I received a call and the bill with collection costs. Show no understanding at all and keep repeating that I am wrong. As long as there is nothing wrong, practice seems okay. I have missed holes due to poor quality photos. When they were finally noticed and filled, they were filled incorrectly. Went back in a lot of pain. They couldn't do anything with it. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, who immediately saw what was wrong: the entire filling was loose. Not recommended at all! I had problems with my crown and needed root canal. The dentist treated it and promised me it would never break ! My crown broke only in a few months!! They did not accept their maltreatment. I went to them again. They charged me too much and my tooth had severe pain only in one month after that. In addition, their management is really annoying! They never care about the updated address of the clients that is in their system and keep on sending the invoices to the previous address, even if you ask them several times to send it to the correct address. They themselves increase the fee due to non-payment because you are not living in your previous address anymore and you are not aware that you have an invoice to pay!... (Show more)

I went to this clinic for an emergency and I was very happy. I decided to stay at this clinic and look for an orthodontist for my daughter. They canceled my appointment 3 times 10 minutes before the planned time. Lack of respect for patients' time. They just cancel without explanation and that's it. For that reason they earn a star. A complicated dental assignment brought me to a triangle of my own dentist Snoep, the Noorderparkkliniek and Alrijne's dental surgery. It took time to make a plan between the three parties. But that worked very well. The information flowed well in this triangle and everyone could do what they were good at. Questions and preferences on my part were carefully answered and weighed. I got to know the Noorderparkkliniek as a specialist second-line facility, disguised as primary care, in Leiden-Noord. I think that is an interesting addition to healthcare in Leiden. I noticed a high level of ambition among the people in the clinic when it comes to quality and information provision. They had fun in their profession. The treatment was pleasant, mature. I give you 2 stars because I have been treated very nicely in the past. But when my daughter started having problems with her braces (placed by you), the next option was 7 days later. On the same day that you told us that we could go 7 days later, 30 minutes later I and my daughter were at a colleague of yours, where we were not customers... and the problem with the brace was immediately resolved. My dentist referred me (because I had a toothache) to the Noorderpark Dental Clinic in Leiden. This was because my own dentist could not do the root canal treatment that was necessary. The root canals were difficult to find and there was also doubt as to whether the tooth was still intact. Noorderpark Dental Clinic could do this because the specialists there do this via microscopic examination. The appointment was made quickly and I was able to go the next day. The specialist examined me and explained to me very well what the treatment plan could be. A root canal treatment would not be a problem, but because there was a crack in the tooth, he doubted whether the tooth would remain intact in the future. After explaining the treatment plan very clearly, appointments were scheduled and put on paper and a price calculation was made. The doctor advised me to think about it very carefully. This is because there was indeed a chance that the tooth could tear further (in the future) and still have to be removed. After consulting with my own dentist, I ultimately decided to have the tooth extracted. My experience with Dental Clinic Noorderpark has been excellent. A few months ago I went to your practice for the treatment of a root tip infection on a tooth. First, the approach was clearly explained. The dentist's presumed diagnosis was then examined and confirmed. This was also clearly explained to me immediately with the photos. A treatment plan was then agreed. A budget was immediately provided. The treatment went exactly as planned. After two days I went back because the filling was a bit too thick. That was resolved in five minutes. The course after the treatment went completely according to the prognosis and after the treatment the complaints were approximately 80% and disappeared completely a few months later. Bad practices never meet after almost every treatment, they cancel or want to reschedule, so it's time to find another dentist.

Poor service, poor consultation, instead of the promised 8 months, 1.5 years with braces.....with poor results.
