Dr Norbert Górski
Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgeon. Specialist Head and Neck Surgery - otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He studied and gained knowledge in the field of medicine at the Second Faculty of Medicine, Medical University of Warsaw, also at Harvard Medical School in Boston. In 2005 he graduated from specialization in the field of head and neck surgery - otorhinolaryngology at the Department of Otolaryngology, Medical University of Warsaw, and in 2008 he passed the exam for the Specialty of Facial Plastic Surgery European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), which offers an annual American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Washington. This exam was the culmination lasted nearly two years of specialization performed, and thanks to a scholarship on the basis of specialization EAFPS. Such scholarships this organization allocates only three per year and the right to apply for do not have doctors from all over Europe. It is awarded after a multi-stage process of verification of candidates. Graduate assistantships took place in the clinic of Otolaryngology Medical University of Warsaw, practical knowledge expanded, among others, while many foreign internships and courses m. in. at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. The visit was scheduled much earlier via the z**ny l***rz portal. On the way to the visit, there were problems beyond our control (road collision, lack of a dedicated detour). I called to inform about the delay of max 10 minutes. I asked if it was not a problem and whether we would be accepted, the receptionist said that she would enter the information about the delay in the system and invited me. Once there, it turned out that we were the last patients of Dr. Ireneusz Bąk and we would no longer be admitted. As a result, we arrived in vain with a small child, covering over 60 km... no respect for the patient. You expect something different from a private facility where you pay a lot of money. I am not satisfied with the visit to Prof. Niedzielski, the visit did not contribute anything to the child's treatment plan, the doctor was laconic and did not provide sufficient advice regarding the child's health. Strangely enough, he didn't even open the disc with the image of the test we had done. The description of the consultation was what had already been diagnosed. I expected a more fruitful visit, recommendations and treatment of a child who is hard of hearing and swallows poorly due to enlarged tonsils. The doctor misled me with the actual dates of the treatments. I advise against it... (Show more)
Doctor Ireneusz Bąk made a wrong diagnosis, so I spent the next few days with an infection with no chance of improvement. The voice is my working tool, so I am even more disappointed that it prevented me from working. With a persistent sore throat, I went to another doctor who immediately diagnosed the disease and initiated treatment. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything good about this clinic. Since Dr. Grotthuss isn't there, it's best to avoid this place.... (Show more)
Negative ratings of the facility mainly result - as I see - from problems with the reception. I don't want to deny them (although I personally didn't have them), but to share a more comprehensive opinion, because after going through the entire treatment process, including surgery. And this opinion is very positive. Both the coordination of hospital treatment by the reception and the stay itself were of a very high standard. Everything was explained in terms of costs and process with the coordinator (a specially assigned administrative employee who dealt with everything, from the beginning to admission to the ward). After admission, care is provided at a very high level. At 11:00 I was admitted, at 12:05 (with a 15-minute delay, it's nothing) I was already in the operating room, along the way I had a consultation with the nurse and the operating doctor (Dr. Kalinowski, who spent a good 15 minutes explaining exactly what the procedure would look like). procedure, what are the possible side effects, what will recovery look like - the facility clearly takes informed consent seriously within the meaning of Article 16 of the Act on Patient Rights) and an anesthesiologist. What happened later in the room - of course I don't know :) The care in the postoperative room was very good, after waking up, the nurse took care of only me for an hour, including fulfilling stupid requests titled: "Will you go to the duty station and ask if your wife has picked up the keys?" (you know, people have weird ideas right after waking up). The doctor who performed the surgery also came to POOP and told me how the surgery went and what happened next. I went home after a few hours, a nurse came to the patient room every half an hour to ask if everything was okay, if I needed anything, etc. Overall, very positive impressions. If I had to point out one minus, it was that I didn't feel comfortable lying in a double room with a woman (and I had the impression that the woman felt even more uncomfortable lying with me). I know it's a one-day surgery, but it would still be possible to ensure that there were male and female rooms, especially since, at the stage of planning the distribution of patients, it was impossible to determine whether it would happen that both of us would have to be detained for branch. However, this does not change the final, very positive assessment of the clinic.... (Show more)
Mr. Ireneusz Bąk, nickname "doktor", probably doesn't know how to wail and works here because he knows him! They gave me the wrong diagnosis once again!!!!!! As a result, I had an infection for several days and the disease progressed. I went to another doctor who immediately diagnosed the disease and initiated treatment. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Szwedowicz. High personal culture, punctuality and a wide range of knowledge are the doctor's undoubted advantages. Both the treatments, the examination and the post-treatment check-up went smoothly.
Great doctors, but very unpleasant service at the reception. They do not inform about the delay of the visit for 30 minutes. Even though I had surgery on my nasal septum and was forbidden to touch my nose, one lady at the reception insisted that I wear a mask.
The surgery went very smoothly, the post-operative care was exemplary, Dr. Małgorzata Palac-Siczek is an outstanding specialist and takes great care of her patients! I definitely recommend it. Hospitalization and nursing care were also at a high level, although I had to complete a nursing report during the visit, which I am sure should not have been completed by a nurse.... (Show more)
I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and the team of wonderful, competent people working there. My son had surgery there at the end of February. No stress, no pain, the next day he functioned normally. As he says, he was given a second life. I would like to thank Dr. Górski and his team very much. Agnieszka Godlewska. P.S. Although the procedure I had to undergo was not the most pleasant, the entire hospital staff made sure that the procedure itself and the recovery process were as pleasant as possible. From the moment you enter, always smiling ladies at the reception, nice and qualified medical staff and the most wonderful doctor. Palac-Siczek, who never left me without solving even the smallest problem and dispelled every single one of my doubts. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend this facility to everyone. If I were to undergo another procedure again, I am sure I will come to this place. I would like to thank all the staff for taking such good care of me!... (Show more)
I do not recommend . I made an appointment with an otolaryngologist, but on the day of the appointment it turned out that our appointment was not in the system.
The visit costs PLN 350 and the examination, which should be included in the price of the visit, costs an additional PLN 300. They must have gone crazy. I won't go again. Spoof.
Massacre, PLN 350 visit to Mr. Górski, he looked into my ears because I went deaf in my right ear at the shooting range, PLN 120 for two basic tests, a total of PLN 470 for 10 minutes for who knows what, to finally hear from Mr. Górski that it was the National Insurance Service, not even the ear he rinsed it off... an embarrassment, disgusting, draining your pockets😡😡😡... A bad attempt at treating an ear infection, it was painful and after the "treatment" there were no results
Unfortunately, the only normal people in this clinic are Mr. Gorski, the anesthesiologist and one receptionist. The rest of the staff behaves like usual boors who should be thanked for coming to work. You pay for grain and are treated by the reception and nurses as if you were on the National Health Fund. Today I brought my child for a hearing test What's more, I was late, I called on the way: whether it's worth going or not, we're 15 minutes late (we have to be there at 5 p.m.) The lady at the reception desk brought us an appointment within 20 minutes But at 5:10 p.m. we were there, and immediately after undressing, they invited us for an examination I paid what was said on the phone For the first time, the baby didn't cry in the doctor's office I don't know why these bad reviews But our family was satisfied I recommend... The delay was over an hour! Of course, the doctor was very nice and explained what it was about, but I lost an hour in the waiting room. Moreover, before he examined me and listened to me, the doctor sent me for an expensive tomography. I am disappointed, the clinic is probably good for surgeries and the patient is treated from the very beginning as a potential surgeon. Shocking behaviour of the stuff/receptionists, disrespectful towards the patients. After they messed up with my consultation visit, not apologising or trying to help in the slightest.. I tried to arrange 2nd visit but I was simply ignored and stood there like an idiot. This stopped me to proceed with the treatment and potential nose surgery with the lovely and talented dr. Gorski. Shame as I was looking forward to the outcome. Perhaps the stuff needs some education and training... (Show more)
Consistent postponement of appointments, problems with obtaining a prescription in less than 3 days. Attending physician: Norbert Górski. Currently, my husband's visit has been postponed FOUR times - perhaps this one will finally take place on November 20, because the original date was the beginning of October, so it has already been postponed by a month and a half due to the fault of the facility (or the doctor). Everyone will understand a one-time, emergency shift, but 4 times, each for another couple or dozen days? A serious institution doesn't behave like that. Yesterday (16/11) my husband received a phone call from them and he was already worried that there were some problems again - this time they tried to move it from the evening hours to 11, fortunately in this case they managed to move it only an hour earlier (my husband works and he couldn't do it at 11). , because that would be the top of everything. On 10/11/23, my husband called on Friday at 8 a.m. to receive a prescription for continuation of the treatment, after 4 p.m. the lady called back that it was not possible to issue the prescription today and that it would be issued on Monday. There is silence on Monday and Tuesday, then the phone rings on Wednesday (15/11/23) saying that the prescription has been issued and the lady wants to provide the code. My husband thanked me because he had already obtained a prescription for this drug through PZU, but that he had not received any text message code during, after or before this conversation, so I doubt the existence of the prescription that you assured him would be issued. It takes 2 minutes to issue a prescription, so how come it took 3 days.... (Show more)
Unfortunately, I did not manage to use the clinic's services because after arriving at the place and looking for a free parking space after 20 minutes (the customer spaces were occupied, plus a comment from the receptionist in an arrogant style: "You know, this is Żoliborz..." ) it turned out that the appointment I was supposedly scheduled for did not exist because I had not confirmed it by phone the day before. Unfortunately, despite the reception's assurances about the telephone, I did not receive any call, even though I was available by phone (no missed calls, etc.). Overall, the atmosphere was unpleasant and the employees did not seem helpful but arrogant. In my opinion, the quality of customer service (also when making an appointment by phone a few weeks in advance) leaves much to be desired. I have been using private medical care for years and there are many other clinics whose offers are easy and take place in a normal atmosphere (from what I see, this is not the first such opinion about this place)....
