I had laser surgery on both my eyes with Mr. Zachariadis. My terribly high myopia (7 and 9 degrees) was completely cleared. The process is painless and quick. Both Mr. Zachariadis, the rest of the medical staff and the girls at the office are helpful and my experience with them is nothing but positive! Excellent service and expertise. I had laser surgery for myopia correction (Lasik) two months ago with Mr. Zachariadis and I am completely satisfied. Apart from the operation, which went perfectly, I was particularly satisfied with the behavior of the doctor, who was always there to answer any question/concern before and after the operation. Shame...unbelievable waiting...appointments are not kept, they don't respect the fact that a patient can be elderly and have other health problems, have traveled 3-4 hours to come and another 3-4 hours to return . Unacceptable…..

I visited Mr. Zachariadis a few months ago to undergo laser myopia PRK (I had 7 degrees) which while initially went well and corrected the myopia issue, after a few months I developed post-op blurriness - a rare complication which was a reaction to of my body in the sun and NOT the doctor's mistake, with the result that I see blurry. Nevertheless, I underwent a second operation a month ago and everything went perfectly, the doctor was very helpful and always available and on the phone for any question, he fully helped me to deal with the problem with my eyes that was bothering me! I should note that I visited the center more than 10 times and beyond the first operation I did not have to pay again in every subsequent visit! Incredibly bad service. I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to see me. This didn't bother me so much, in the end I expected it, I went to the doctor. What I didn't expect was that after I told the doctor that I have MYOPIA she insisted on trying lenses for Astigmatism. After 20 minutes after reading the whole table 2 and in the 2 eyes with astigmatism glasses the doctor concluded that I do not have astigmatism (I was shocked by the diagnosis). Looking inside my eye she found a thin film which she didn't know what it was and told me to go on a 2nd date with another colleague of hers. The most shocking thing was that even though it didn't help one bit with the myopia issue, despite the wait despite the repeat appointment that was deemed necessary I was asked to pay €80 for the fake visit....
