Poor one who depends on OB Dubrovnik!

Excellent response considering how old it is and how much is invested in it

Fortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I only spent one night in this hospital. As far as the doctors are concerned, I certainly have no complaints... The nurse is young, bossy; not allowed to use mobile phone or iPad, even offline... Food, I think prison is better.. temperature in the room? best to bring a fleece.. No bathroom in the room of six. So no toilet... peeing in a bottle, as a privilege she put a parafan at your bedside...... The hospital parking lot is large. This has no barriers or anything else. Do you have to pay, license plate and fill in how long you will stay... A lot still needs to change to achieve the European standard...... (Show more)

Kudos to the staff of the pediatric clinic and the administrator who kindly and cordially received us and registered us while we were waiting for the examination with the child.

Just a few words about the comments on the bathroom, the toilet, the same cleaning lady does her job every day and it's tidy after her, and we as patients just need to leave it behind, just like at home, at home or whatever one calls their roof over their head, don't you believe that at home we throw paper next to the bin, hand shampoo leaks anywhere, etc... And to apologize for the spelling, don't I have a university degree and thank the medical staff for putting the patient and his feelings, the condition of the diagnosis first, and not the opinion of the majority, the more professional saying collective is not easy for them and if I had to choose to save one life or ten, or more, I think I would choose the majority... Horrible lazy reception staff, not optimized processes which increases waiting time. Speaking about waiting time - you would rather die here in the line.

A guy named Admir Dilberovic was extremely rude, it was frustrating. The hospital was genuinely just terrible.

If you feel any deficiency that hinders your progress towards the better (psychiatry department), there are medical staff, cooks, a cleaning lady, neat and clean rooms (max. 4 beds), a living room with TV and a package for watching various programs, radio, various social games.. Excellent doctors who are here to help you (regardless of the reason you come). Everyone sometimes needs a shoulder to rest a little.... (Show more)

Kudos to the staff who effectively help these suffering people with poor and no salaries in that dilapidated hospital, special thanks to Irena Jelic for everything she has done for us

There is no dirtier toilet than in a hospital.

I want to publicly praise and share a positive experience from our hospital. 🙂 I have been in the health care system all my life, but this time from the other side, i.e. someone should have taken care of me, and the people in whose hands I was, deserve all the praise. Thank you Prof. to Dr. Ostojić and the operating team for the superbly performed operation, for their kindness and friendly support. A big thank you to the entire team of Dubrovnik orthopedics, headed by head nurse Ned, for the care and attention in the most sensitive period before and after the surgical procedure. Thank you to the physiotherapists for their patience and understanding and for supporting me to get back on my feet. I am happy that in our hospital we have professional, brave, organized and warm people who love what they do and are there for all of us. 🙂... (Show more)

Is it normal that after calling the Internal Affairs Department 5 times, I am constantly being contacted by such unkind and rude medical staff? Is there anyone who works in that department who heard that the phone is not answered with "please" because it is not a mobile phone and that the person is not attacked because there is no finding and that he does not know about kindness.! No matter how hard a person tries to be kind and gentle towards them, they are constantly rude. I really don't understand this behavior. One big yuck for helping, kindness, and answering the phone. I am speechless. It's no wonder that the hospital has so many negative reviews, but no one talks to them and instructs them first in culture and behavior.... (Show more)

Around 11 pm, I come to the emergency room with a suspicion of herpes in the eye because I had the same thing three months ago. I wait for an hour and 20 minutes, and in the waiting room it's just me and one girl. The on-call ophthalmologist, Dr. Vojvodić, is not at the hospital, the on-call doctor contacted him by phone at my request, but he refuses to come. He says to report to the ophthalmology clinic in the morning. I emphasize to the doctor on duty that I am on vacation in a place about 120 km from Dubrovnik, but no one cared. She asked us if we didn't have a place to sleep in Dubrovnik?! The pain in my eye was unbearable, I came with a friend because I couldn't see. Only the next day did I get medical help in Metković. So, the trip of about 240 km with excruciating pain was in vain because the ON-TIME ophthalmologist did not want to come.... (Show more)

Not a hospital, but scammers. When applying for help, they do not name the cost of services, they take the passport as collateral, they do a lot of unnecessary manipulations in order to increase the price to the maximum, they take advantage of the fact that tourists have nowhere else to turn. Passport is given only after payment for services.... (Show more)
