I called CCK clinic at 8:03pm on 12 April. Sharon took the call. My call was made to enquire how many days should my child be taking Clarithryomycin, since the staff that dispense the medicine did not mention nor did the bottle indicate. We were going to finish the whole bottle if we didnt find it odd and call. Without me mentioning the medicine name or my child’s name, staff Sharon replied indolently “5 days”, “all our antibiotics given are 5 days”. Such ignorant and oblivious staff you have, Onecare. It is not true that all antibiotic are given for 5 days only. Obviously the staff are not trained to handle such queries and they lack knowledge of medicines.... (Show more)
The only reason I came here was because it’s the only clinic that is opened on Sun night near my house. My dg was down with stomach flu. Worst experience ever. Dr Jeffrey is the doctor on duty. How can a consultation be done without examining and looking at the patient. The only thg he does is to check her temp. Not even examine her stomach which what other Drs will do if patient comes in with GE. In the end I still have to brg ny dg to ED cause the meds not working.... (Show more)
Went to the clinic to register and they told me to wait outside. Waited outside for 20 minutes, and another person went in to ask why registration took so long, and the counter people said they thought no one was registering because no one went it. Extremely flawed registration system. Ridiculous wait.... (Show more)
Registration system is very messy. You have to stand outside to queue and they don’t give out registration number and expect you to stand in line until it is your turn. Sometimes there’s no clear queue and you don’t know where to start queuing. No comments on the doctor. That said, I still prefer this clinic to the one beside... (Show more)
As i knew the registration was to wait outside thus i was just waiting to be call to get register and i was first in q, waited like 10mins no one called even there's no people at the counter, A patient suggest i should just go in so i went and indeed i got registered immediately, there's no reason for this waiting system to be be placed as there was no indicator for staff to be aware theres people outside waiting. its a private clinic but the waiting time are on par with polyclinic.... It was a very unpleasant experience. The registering system was inefficient. Was told to go and wait outside to register. However no number was issued. When I asked this staff called Sri how I would know when I am called since no q number was issued, her reply was I should know when I am next in line. When I told her it is difficult to know when I am next in line as there are people who are already registered seated in the same area, she then raised her voice and imply that I was deaf which was very unprofessional. I got another staff to register me instead. Onecare management should look into this and only hire staff who are suited for this role.... (Show more)

Super rude clinic assistant at counter, especially the elder chinese staff. Overall super long waiting time which is not much difference with polyclinic, at least polyclinic staff will entertain you nicely and friendly. Super bad experience for total close to 3 hours waiting time with super rude clinic assistant! Honestly i would like to give -ve star if i able to!... (Show more)
I Worked in the service line for 10 over yrs. U dun ask for reviews, review comes by voluntarily. I had the impression frm the staff, if I dun give a review on the spot I won't be getting my meds immediately. Minus 3 stars for that.
I am sad on the 19 Nov 2023 my 5 year old son was prescribed Xepagan-5 promethazine 5mg/5ml stated for COUGH.As a matter of fact it is for ANTIHISTAMINE!. Additional prescription given to son chlorpheniramine 4mg/5ml ANTIHISTAMINE. EH HELLO 2 bttls ANTIHISTAMINE ah?! Nurses front counter never want to clarify & check with doctor in charge?... I remember back then there was IVY LEAF cough syrup for children. How do I know & realise? It seems till today my boy has not fully recover from his cough and the phlegm another problem still status quo. His facial kinda jaundice also. Pls lah I know healthcare workers are very tiring and can be breakdown dealing all sorts of funny patients...but pls pls pls take pride in your profession and be responsible.... (Show more)
(pls read: promise is long but at least funny) Yo….. one star is more than kind… I was so shocked at my experience at this clinic. I only visited this clinic bcos I needed immediate medical attention and realise their queue is always short so it is faster to see a doctor compared to Onecare @ Keat Hong. But now I know why…. (tw: just personal attacking for the para) Dr Jeffery?? Mr Jeffery, how u become a doctor? Do u need to retire early or wanna be moved out of ur own clinic as the MAIN doctor like Mr Chee Weng Chung at Onecare @ Keat Hong? Bcos the reviews drove him out. (main doctor somemore walao eh) Not only was the experience bad because if u r a good and wanna have an attitude then sure go ahead but Dr even prescribed an antibiotic for me that I specifically told him didnt work for me. WRONG MEDS. Showed him pic of the meds somemore. I only realised on my second visit when I have to review my test result w another doctor and the other dr told me he is also puzzled at the prescription. So today, (3rd visit) I confronted him at my visit and said ah u again. At the start, also like dw reply anyhow reply. I ask one thing, he answer another thing. His response (excuses la) to me was that this antibiotic works 90% for all kinds of bacteria infection for my case thats why he gave it to me. I alrdy told him in the consultation room the prev visit that its not working thats why im doing a test and meanwhile waiting for the test result, he asked me to take one that doesnt work (???) This man has the audacity to be sarcastic to me when i asked what meds are u giving to me this time? He just say he will give ah give and wanted me out of the room asap. So i decided to be sarcastic and said ‘as a dr, u don't know the name of the drug?’ even so he still couldn't give me a name. Now doing another test and cant wait to visit him again to review the test. Cant wait to be serve by Jeffery w an attitude and no explanation again☺️ SHOCKED. this is not just service issue, this is medical professional ordinary skill issue. can sue for tort of negligence? mayb i shld since there is loss suffered. reasonable care?? yoooo.. horrendiculous (not a word but still an understatement) MOH ??? MC??? Clinic assistant very good, need to give it to them. Saw some reviews, need to credit them la need to work with a dr like him. Mayb the assistant ask him question he also mai hue lan. Then how assistant give customer accurate and professional advice? Poor thing change clinic, not worth it for the Part Time bucks girl, u r too good for this. (Need update?) lol jeff... (Show more)
