Trish was amazing
I went to find some sort of help for my suspension of having PCOS, ending up leaving in tears feeling as though my concerns were not heard - I was just diagnosed with PCOS by a different clinic. I just think I should have been taken more seriously and that there was more that they could do but they didn’t help me.
I took my daughter for her first appointment with a gynecologist at Omni Care - Dr Chern Lo. It was the most wonderful informative experience, where my daughter felt listened to. Dr Lo gave empathetic and professional care that she came away from feeling deep understanding and reassurance. My daughter has now had a positive affirming engagement with a specialist she can carry with her into adulthood. GP care is amazing but specialist care is on the next level. I am so thankful and relieved. I can't recommend this practice and Dr Chern Lo enough!... (Show more)
Dr Chern Lo is very professional and caring, I have been treated well and totally trust her. Anytime I have called reception staff or dealt with any other admin staff they have been kind, friendly and helpful.
Horrible experience at this clinic.
I have seen two of the doctors here and both were dismissive of my symptoms, almost annoyed at having to see me and one even suggested my pain and symptoms were all in my head despite having already had a diagnosis and excision surgery of severe endometriosis. I was told I was wrong and given misinformation about endometriosis best practice which thankfully at that point in my journey, I had learnt enough myself to identify. This is case and point of why unfortunately women have to become experts in their health issues in order to advocate for themselves and find the best care. This is not it.... (Show more)
Dr Valeria Iunova, is a wonderful caring person and so friendly. The staff are excellent as well and everyone is so helpful.
Rude and condescending receptionist
I would like to thank Dr Angela Cross, Maggy and the other wonderful staff at Omnicare. Today I had an appointment with Angela Cross. She was such a lovely caring woman who made me feel very at ease. I left feeling very informed and reasured. A great feeling! When making the appointment Maggy was so understanding and helpful. Getting back to me and helping me with my appointment. i had a great experience with dr. lisa meyer she is lovely, professional, explaining every procedure of my scan. she is warm and i feel at ease with her. same thing goes to enya mcpherson very professional and lovely. the receptonist are warm and friendly. the place is clean
Very rude and disrespectful staff member. I made a call trying to find out whether I could make an urgent appointment due to post operation pain. staff member laughed out loud and said “That must be a joke!” They were fully booked. Made me feel so awful, I won’t be returning to this clinic.
I loved dealing with Dr. Hii. She is patient, caring and really insightful. Also the Sonelle radialogy team has been amazing in accomdating me and my needs.
I had an excellent experience last year. Dr Chern Lo was extremely pleasant and most informative. My customer service experience and follow up was exceptional.
Rubbish customer service! They take a week to respond to basic emails. I'm glad I didn't book my 4D scan with them and waste my money.
After been reccomended this place by someone I jumped online and had a look at their website and thought this placed looks like a great all rounder for womens health. I then saw the google reviews and started to read these. I was automatically put off and didn't even want to phone them. However, I had been recommended this place so I phoned anyway. I regret it... the negative reviews on this place are correct, the receptionist said I didn't need a referral (great!) so I asked about seeing a particular doctor and was told, you need a referral for that... umm you just said I didn't. She was very snappy, had short answers and was NOT the sort of person a company like this should have on the end of their telephone. You are dealing with a very personal aspect of womens health so your phone manner needs to be caring and helpful! Do not waste your time with this place. The negative reviews are spot on!... The service and care at Omnicare has been amazing! After a long road with putting up with my issues I decided to finally see a professional and met with Lisa Meyer. She was so friendly and helpful, happy to explain the human body and my issues in depth. After my surgery I was put under the care of Sally Pritchard for physiotherapy, and again I had a great experience with her. My journey with Omnicare lasted for approx 5 months I think, and I was always excited to go knowing I was getting a step closer to recovery each time. I have had a great experience with Omnicare and Dr Melinda Hii. Dr Hii is truly professional, experienced and friendly taking care of me and my health very well. The staff members have provided me with the earliest appointment then sorted out all the admin related matters. The environment overall is nice and comfortable. Thanks.
Dr Valeria Ivanova has been extremely professional and pleasant to deal with . She is very knowledgeable and has at all times given me confidence in her professionalism. She has treated me with great respect and has always reassured me of a positive outcome after my operation. I can't thank her enough. I would also like to thank anaesthetist Dr Era Soukhin for all her work. She also has been of great assistance and has at all times kept me informed of the process and given me confidence in the outcome we all wanted. Also a thank you to Maggy who has been very attentive and who has been communicating promptly to organize matters related to my stay.
