I do not recommend in any way. The lack of professionalism started from the first contact. I requested an appointment online and was only contacted 4 days later because the email system did not work. In the end they made me an appointment. I arrived 20 minutes earlier, I waited until the appointment time, and in the meantime another client arrived. 10 minutes after the appointment time, the nurse opened the door and casually invited the patient she knew to come in, and I was completely ignored. I went to the reception and explained the situation that I don't think what happened is normal and left. I was called by them to apologize and explain the situation, but it doesn't seem normal to pay to be ignored.... (Show more)

For Mr. MOTRUC, time is very precious! I do not recommend.
Asking for details about a treatment, I was told that the prices on the website had not been updated for years and that treatment was more expensive. Later, the person I spoke with remembered that there was, in fact, that treatment, at the price on the website, but that it only offered ...(she listed a few things here), although I hadn't mentioned that I needed more a lot. The way he spoke and the whole discussion suggested to me a lack of professionalism, which is why I told him that I did not believe in the chances of a successful collaboration and therefore did not want to continue the appointment. Later, I got a reply suggesting a psychologist, with the mention that Cosmetics are not helping me. After this discussion, I can only be glad that I did not end up in the hands of these "specialists".... (Show more)

I had a rhinoplasty in 2019, a month after the operation, my nose was crooked, I went to the consultation last summer, I was told to come and have Mr. Motruc do the operation with local anesthesia to correct my nose. When I arrived in the room, I was refused the operation, I came again and the same. The reason was that I was emotional. I do not recommend the clinic... (Show more)
