The service is very good! Complete, enlightening. The procedures, for me, are highly reliable. I recommend!

The place is pleasant and the receptionists are friendly, but the service left a lot to be desired. I was frustrated with the extremely fast service, without much guidance for my son's first appointment. If I hadn't asked questions, the consultation wouldn't have lasted even 10 minutes. Clinic of excellence that has already inspired me with confidence and generated credibility. Currently, it stands out for poor, inhumane and disrespectful service. After requesting an emergency consultation with Dr. André, I was asked for approximately 30 days, which, despite being long, I decided to wait in anticipation of exemplary service. However, after waiting a month, the day before the appointment, they were asked to reschedule the appointment for more than two weeks, as the dentist would be seeing other patients every day. I asked why not reschedule another patient and see me since I've been waiting for more than 30 days?
