Blown away by the service and quality of work at Odin House Dental Surgery. I couldn't recommend Dr Yvonne Yoo and her team enough. All of them are so calm, approachable, and articulate. I've only been twice, once for a check-up and the next for the removal of 3 wisdom teeth without sedation. I heard a tonne of comments and nerve-wracking experiences from colleagues in the lead up to my extraction and reality with Dr Yoo was far from it. 30 minutes. Zero pain. Zero discomfort. Zero concerning grunts or remarks from the pros in the room. A fantastic experience for something that is typically so daunting. And at such a good price! All the staff are very professional, polite and efficient

Dental therapist Oana Hughes gave the best service possible when doing my teeth. Have had multiple visits to her and she’s always done a wonderful job that has had amazing benefits to my dental health and to the aesthetic of my teeth. Incredibly friendly, making you feel as comfortable physically and mentally from the greeting by the desk, to the chair in the dental room. Not happy with the tooth filling they did for my tooth.I couldn’t even chew after getting it filled and had to revisit them to get it fixed which again didn’t work and needed another visit.sometimes its too exhausting and stressful having to go again for what was not done properly ..Like the anxiety one gets for not being able to chew like before,having to make time out for the appointment and paying for every visit and procedures all over again is too much. Great place to get your teeth sorted. Very clean and upbeat with happy staff. Highly recommend Karin Braam as I never felt any discomfort with injection or drilling

Today I visited Odin House Dental to see Dr Katherine Tan who is the best dentist I have ever been too and made my experience such an amazing one as a patient who has always been a little anxious of coming to the dentist. Dr Tan is very kind, professional and so gentle! The reception staff/nurses were so welcoming and the practice was very modern and clean. I am a dentist-phobe but have been visiting Odin for quite a few years now, seen by both Amy and Yvonne. Such wonderful dentists who explain everything, are really caring and efficient. I still sit white knuckled but always come out wondering why I was so worried. Thank you so so much team!

I recently moved to Odin House Dental after 50 years of attending various dental practices for dental hygiene. I have been advised that I grind my teeth and provided with a night guard but I never consulted as to the ongoing damage that is caused and the likelihood of needing crowns to prevent nerve damage. Particularly to my bottom front teeth which were severely worn down. Johannes YAP at Odin House examined me and spoke to me about the options. He advised me of how urgently I need to have crowns to avoid nerve damage and pain as I had teeth were 1/3 of their original height. He also considered my financial position and tailored a treatment plan to provide with 13 crowns, including a rear molar that was identified with a crack and sensitivity issues. Johannes’ changed his schedule to fit my work commitments and the urgency of the treatment required. The experience was professional, pain free and explained to me the whole way through. I was concerned of the chances my lower teeth would need root canal work give the wear. After 3 visits and in 6 weeks, in only two months of becoming aware, the work was complete. The transformation is amazing. I am so happy with my new crowns and stoked with the colour which he selected to match my remaining teeth. I had no pain thorough or after the procedure, and the crowns feel and appearance like perfect new teeth. Johannes is a wizard, and with his team are able to perform miracles. Karin is an incredibly skilled dentist, my whole family have been seeing her for years and there are nothing but positive comments. Couldn’t recommend any higher. 10/10 in every aspect of dentistry

Due to the consistent professional services and friendly staff, I stayed with them for decades. My teeth are in good condition, thank you very much. On this visit, I am impressed with the hospital grade air purifiers installed in the waiting room as well as all consultation rooms. In summary, poor dental work from this clinic has caused damage to my partner's teeth and emotional distress to both of us. The practice has tried to distance themselves from the actions of staff that they have employed and suggested stop gaps that have not worked. Originally, the consult was to get some ordinary retainer work done on my partner's front teeth (by Dr Kook). When removing the original retainers, the dentist filed the back of the teeth too thin, weakening the tooth. The wires for the new retainers also kept snapping requiring multiple visits to correct (they only lasted a few weeks to months - something that never happened with her old retainers). Her teeth also began to move out of alignment since changing her retainers. The thinned areas of the teeth are also very visible in the mirror. As its the front teeth, any damage to them is apt to make someone feel self conscious. Filing the front two teeth down so thinly has caused her stress when eating (so that she doesn't chip the tooth) ever since the procedure. The stress and retainer issues have been ongoing for nearly two years as she has returned to the practice multiple times for correct. The concerns have been vindicated as her teeth have now chipped in the thinned area and will require more dental work to fix. The practice has done little to understand and help the situation (just distance involvement and redirect reponsibility to its former employee - Kook has since left the practice). I see a lot of postive reviews for this practice so they must do good work. However, its worth thinking about how the practice will treat you when things go wrong (as is the case here) and also the lasting damage their actions/mistakes will cause you and your loved ones. In this case, I will not be recommending any of my family or friends come here for that reason.... (Show more)

Highly recommend Oana Hughes! She's so polite, cheerful and thorough, could not have asked for someone better to make everything more comfortable.

In under 10 weeks I feel like a new person. I can smile happily and know people will not be looking at my crooked and overlapping bottom front teeth. Thanks to Dr Karin Braam and Gianni her technician they came up with a fabulous solution that did not cost the earth "Clear Aligners" .
