Doctors are great but hard to get appointment, though this is an issue with the Irish medical system, not unique to the practice. It would help though if they didn't shut for lunch hour, even if the reception desk was just open to pick up scripts, letters etc as people are working and they close everything at 5pm too, so it's pretty inconvenient in that way... They NEVER answer the phone. Called a number of times this morning phone rang for more than 7minutes with no answer (on more than one occassion). A fairly standard service in any other GP. The website asks to fill in a form. Recieved an auto response saying the mail box is not monitored!! Imagine you needed urgent attention with you GP?!?!?!?... (Show more)

I had been with this surgery for a number of years before deciding recently to switch practices because of my entire personal patient experience with the reception, admin, and management personnel each time I contacted them for medical treatment or concerns. Every time I called the doctor's office, I felt apprehensive and anxious since the staff was so unpleasant from my experience. Disappointingly poor in my opinion.... (Show more)

The receptionist is the rudest person, I understand that someone can be having a bad day but anytime I call she answers the phone like she's being disturbed and she sounds angry at the patient just trying to make an appointment or ask something. How would she feel if someone spoke to her mother or friend like that if they rang the doctor. I dread having to ring in because ive to deal with her attitude & thats if she even answers the phone, half the time it rings out so ive to drive into town to go into the practice and there she is sitting at the desk, ignoring the phone and tells me she cant take appointments in the practice & that ill have to ring in. Super good for menopause checking, treating, monitoring procedures, and taking you serious regarding symptoms.

Receptionist very rude on the phine rang for an appointment for my 6 month old child and she told me the doctor wouldn't even see him I said are you a doctor and she hung up Everyone is entitled to a checkup or to see the doctor no matter what

We waited for the tests for a month, no one from the clinic calls or writes (we regularly visited them and called - nothing!), after a month they passed new tests in the hospital (we got there by ambulance when it was already very bad), in the hospital they transferred the tests to this "wonderful" clinic, waited another month. Coming a month later (after the second analysis), nothing again, no results, no... All this time, the problem was not solved in any way, but only worsened. Everyone just doesn't care that you just leave the clinic and they smile at you and say "we'll call you, don't worry!"... (Show more)

Very poor service....15 min + before the phone is even answered and then you can rarely get an appointment on the day you need it. The doctors are incredibly poor when it comes to formulating any sort of care plan for someone with a long term issue

Having had BOTOX treatment in the past I am used to seeing super results. Unfortunately not this time, disappointed as this was my first visit here.

I've attended this doctor's surgery since I was a child. They are extremely professional, caring and helpful. Friendly admin staff and knowledgeable medical staff both nurses and doctors. Highly recommend
