I would not be recommending or coming back to this place. Making people wearing face mask and checking temp? Not very nice first impression with theirs policy. Not help with what to choice - color, the pedicure was very basic and not even lasted 10 min, and nails weren’t done great. When asked to make a tip as some nails were short girl said she is not doing them. How you can do shellac manicure where nails are not the same length? She said it will grow. She should back to school as it felt like she’s on training the quality of her work is poor. Maybe my granny would be satisfied. It felt like granny place anyway with terrible suicidal taste. My 10 years daughter as me who did this to you.. the black thing on my smallest toe its her job.. I have been a regular customer of Nu U beauty for the last 5+ years…and there is a reason I keep coming back! As its owner, Gemma takes such a personal interest in her clients, and is so warm and friendly. She has gone above and beyond to facilitate me with appointments in the past … even working late on one occasion, just for me! She cares, and you get that feeling the minute you walk through the door. The same can be said for Joanne, Amanda and Jodi … whenever I book a service, I don’t worry about who will be doing it as I know that each girl has the same lovely, warm personality and the same high standard. Gemma is brilliant and knows everything about beauty! My nails are gorgeous and the waxing was perfect! The salon has a great atmosphere and it is respecting all the covid guidelines. I wish they had a branch in the North county!

I absolutely love this salon. Gemma is so knowledgeable about skincare and gave me so much info on a routine I could do at home. Turns out my skin was dehydrated and not dry, years wasted on the wrong products! I rarely get breakouts now, and as well as that there's no one else I'd let do my brows after getting a wax and tint here. Highly recommend NU U for an affordable little pamper.... (Show more)

Loved the new decor in the salon and had shellac on my hands and toes along with a full pedicure. The attention to detail on my nails was fantastic and the pedicure was so relaxing loved every minute of my first experience and I will be back. Would highly recommend.
