Great place but they never answer the phone no matter the time of day. Very unprofessional, how am I meant to book an appointment let alone even ask a question. I shouldn't have to chase you guys up.

I don’t usually publish reviews unless I have an amazing or horrible experience. Fortunately I was blessed with a excellent experience at Orions Dental. Prices are affordable compared to my other experiences at different clinics. The nurses are lovely and kind making you feel comfortable like you are at home. Dr Osman Ali was professional explaining the process clearly for me to understand. Not to mention he was very funny making jokes to distract you from what can be known as a painful process. Dr. Peter and the team at Orion's Dental Taylors Lakes delivered what is by far my best dental experience to date, the receptionist team were super welcome and friendly and Dr. Peter was clearly very knowledgeable, professional but also comforting and funny!

I have always had extremely positive experiences when visiting Dr Peter Huynh at Orions. I was certain I needed to have sedation to get my teeth extracted as I was quite nervous but Peter's calm, honest and professional attitude made it possible to have my teeth out right there in the rooms. I have since taken my 3 year old daughter to see him for her first check up and she had a very positive first experience. He was funny and engaging and she was in no way worried by the experience. Great and friendly service. Dr Peter Huynh cleaned my teeth and provided lot of information about my teeth. Also as I am with BUPA, I didn't have to pay anything.

I’ve always been anxious to go to the dentist but this was the best dental experience. Dr Peter explained the whole treatment thoroughly and his friendly, gentle approach made me feel relaxed. He was very professional and gave me great tips on dental hygiene. The nurse that assisted, Alexandra, showed kindness and compassion. From a young age I was petrified of going to the dentist. The smell, the noise, the directness of the dentist who was not great with kids who were scared....... And the old style equipment that would intimidate the most confidant person. I am so excited to say I am no longer scared of going to the dentist, I actually look forward to it. That is thanks to Peter, Sam and their amazing team. I had to have two wisdom teeth out as well as extensive work done due to my lack of dental visits over the years. Not only was Peter and Alexandra, his assistant, professional, but they actually cared about how I was feeling, if I was in pain, if I could feel the treatment and they ensured I was happy with the end result. Dr Peter and his assistant Alex at Orion’s Dental were nothing sort of the best! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable which I struggle with at a dentist. I 100% recommend Dr Peter and will be returning to this clinic.

I was greeted with a very warm smile and made to feel comfortable straight away. Dentist Dr Peter Huynn was very informative on all my options, found an issue with a tooth id had a problem with for years (that was previously disregarded by other dentists) and most importantly, was happy to work with me and my fear of needles. Just finished having my second crown completed at Orion’s Dental by Peter and Alex. They were an absolute are delight and made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel a thing. I had a root canal done with Dr Peter, it was a painless experience and Dr Peter was very thorough with the procedure explaining every step as we went. His assistant Alex was very caring, kind and made sure I was comfortable in the chair.

Having a bad experience at another dentist recently I was nervous to get my wisdom tooth extracted, however upon arriving at Orion's dental clinic and seeing Peter Huynh, My nerves were quickly eased and the extraction was very fast and painfree, thank you Peter for your positive reassurance, I would definitely recommend this clinic and highly recommend Peter.
