Nova Dentismed - Campo Pequeno

Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today at 10:45 because I chipped a part of my tooth biting on something. Despite multiple reminders to go to their Campo Pequeno office, when I arrived, they informed me that there was no appointment scheduled there and directed me to their Marquês de Pombal office. Although they offered to reschedule, I declined because I cannot risk missing work again, uncertain if the appointment will actually take place. I left and made an appointment elsewhere. P.S. Now they even bothered calling again about 1h after I left, telling me it is impossible that she would have said that, basically calling telling me they didn’t do a mistake… ok then keep up the great work!... It was great, I was treated well and they did a great job on my teeth

Me and my wife were on vacation in Portugal. She had a fall and suffered a chipped tooth. We found Nova Dentismed online. It was late at night around 11pm when it happened. I was worried and tried to contact them. To my surprise, Carlos who is one one the owners replied all my questions. He managed to help me fix an appointment the next day. When we arrived at the clinic. Doctor Filipa attended to my wife. She was professional, light hearted, compassionate and provided sound advice to us. We can feel that she is sincerely helping us. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank all of them. The restoration of the chipped tooth was perfect. Dr Filipa was very skillful and professional indeed. Thank you again. In another clinic they told me that it was not possible to do a restoration, selling me a very expensive crown and here, with great skill, they gave me a perfect restoration.
