If I could give this man 10 stars I would. Below is my original review of 6 years ago. This year he performed a miracle and saved another tooth that was deemed impossible to save : an old crown and root canal that had calcified, with spurs, with infection deep in the roots and jawbone. Previous post: Dr Thai Yeng is exceptionally competent, professional, gentle and caring. I presented with a challenging case. For other medical reasons and treatment thereof it was paramount to save a badly degraded tooth with deep, long-prevailing cracks. After drilling in to investigate, my general dental practitioner had the common sense to acknowledge that the only chance to save it was to stop what he was doing and refer me on to specialist endodontist Dr Thai Yeng. I can't rate Dr Thai Yeng highly enough. Dr Thai completed the first 2 parts of my root canal. Both times he was professional, calm, understanding, gentle and kind. I felt very confident and at ease in his care. He went to every effort to explain everything clearly so I understood the procedures as well as costs involved, and answered any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Alan Lee is the best periodontist I have come across! I had one dental implant and was very nervous. He did everything so very thoughtfully and I found my self completely relaxed. I see him every 6 months and he has my teeth in the best condition ever! His staff are very professional and friendly. The surgery is sparkling. I am no longer scared but look forward to my visits. Dr Alan Lee really impressed me with his skill, care and manner. I had two surgical procedures spaced over twelve months and I feel I received tremendous value given the procedures and the amount of follow up visits that were included. In my view, Dr Lee was about as rude as you can get, with an ego that seriously needs to be kept in check . I complained to the receptionist and will complain to the referring dentist. I would never go back. I have never made a complaint about any dentist before.

My mum was referred to see Dr Thai regarding a root canal therapy. Dr Thai was extremely patient, caring, and very skilful in treating her. He was transparent about the procedure and there was every opportunity to ask questions to ensure my mum understood the procedure. Dr. Alan Lee is the worst dentist I have ever experienced. Don't use him! He carried out the wrong procedure, mutilated my mouth and has left me in constant pain for three years so far. An horrific experience. Steer clear.

Dr Alan Lee is by far the most responsible diligent and caring doctor i have seen. Highly recommended!!

Dr Thai Yeng is the best specialist endodontist by far! He is extremely gentle, precise and a genius at what he does. Highly recommended!!
