I've visited the practice on a number of occasions and have always been treated in a most professional & courteous manner. All the staff are friendly & I would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for an effective & efficient dental service.

We have been with Dr Parvin and her team for 15 years now and have always enjoyed her professional expertise and the wonderful human touch she gives to what may often be an unpleasant experience. Called a several times, told there’s no appointments and that they will get back to me. No details taken, never heard back from them.

Solid Dentist, in fact the best I've ever been to! Staff (shout out Daniel) were very kind and put me at ease throughout the process. Very happy with the work done and would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist, especially those who aren't super fans of the dentist, they're great here!

Unfortunately, they treated me against human and therapeutic norms when they know I’m from a certain country and student as well.they increased the price from 1300£ to 1800£!! Then I left them and haven’t taken the treatment. Please, be careful of their manipulative policies!!

Exceptional quality service I cannot reccomend them enough especially if you are a very nervous person like me.

Best dentist I have been to. Extremely kind, patient, caring and proffesional staff who do a fab job. Everything is explained in detail and you are made to feel at ease asking any questions you have. I have just had an emergency appointment with Kavi at NORTH HILL DENTAL CARE as my own dentist could not see me, after the removal of a wisdom tooth and a lot of discomfort, i would like to say thank you to your team for keeping me at ease and explaining what the procedure would entail. A really good dental practice, which i would recommend to anyone. Parvin is a superb dentist who makes me feel very comfortable when having treatment. She and her team are professional but most of all very nice and friendly.

I joined this practice 2 years ago and despite Covid I have never had any trouble seeing a dentist. All the staff are friendly and really helpful, especially the dentist Parvin, who is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s extremely professional and empathetic always taking the time to explain exactly what she’s doing and what, if any, follow up treatment I need. I can honestly say that I don’t feel it when she gives me an injection and that the effects of the anaesthetic wear off really quickly after leaving the surgery. This is, in my opinion, the best dental clinic in Colchester - and possibly in Essex. I am a very nervous patient, but the team put me at easy when I walked through the door. The dentist, Daniel, was very reassuring and let me dictate the speed of the care I needed. His nurse, Mary, was also extremely professional and caring. I would highly recommend North Hill Dental Care to anyone, but especially to people who have a fear of dental treatment. This is an excellent dental practice. I have received extremely professional treatment from Dr Hassankhali over the years. All the staff are kind and have a very caring attitude. I would really recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dentist in Colchester.

All staff at the North Hill practice are great. I'm always made to feel welcome at visits and since COVID I have always felt safe.. Dr Kavi Ravaliya is has been wonderful and I'm so pleased with the work he has done. I would thoroughly recommend this dental practice!

Best dentist ever!!!! I will start by saying I am terrified of the dentist to the point I actually fainted while sedated at another practise!! I know right i think I am the only person ever to do that. So I had chronic toothache and rang round a few dentists and they were all the same no sorry we are only seeing registered patients with covid precautions until i rang these guys, appointment 3 days later brilliant but I was obviously nervous.... turned up explained to i think her name was Dr zoe?? What I'm like and she was so professional and patient, talked to me the whole way through gave me an option where I could have gone away and prepared for having a tooth extracted but I wanted it out it was so painful. She let me compose myself after the injection was always checking how I was feeling and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. I can not recommend this practice anymore if I tried and I will definitely be registering here and returning as I have never in my life had any work done and not fainted but this lovely young lady made it happen and I am soo grateful. The team are extremely friendly and eager to help. They scheduled me an appointment quite quickly (within a day or 2) after explaining the pain I was experiencing and explained what to expect over the phone prior to my appointment. Whilst in the practice all measures were taken to ensure social distancing and making the surgery covid secure, I felt at ease at all times. Dr Ellis was very helpful, ensuring he explained everything in detail to me and my options. I have scheduled another appointment for the new year and will definitely be a regular patient. Just a quick note to say how happy I was with my hygienist appointment with Laura on Thursday of last week. To be honest I've never been convinced of the value of a hygienist appointment, but Laura has converted me. She was very friendly yet professional, immediately putting me at ease. She was so thorough and worked hard to get an excellent result. I'm not a nervous patient, but I can imagine that if you were Laura would be the perfect practitioner to calm your nerves.
