Bad experience with a young male dentist who I think has recently joined this practice. He forgot my appointment and kept me waiting for 30 mins, was casual and dismissive to the point of rude and called me by the wrong name! I think the rest of the team are pretty good judging by other reviews but he really is not. Update: I had a lovely follow up call from the head of practice so all is forgiven!... (Show more)
