I don't recommend it, I went because of a cracked tooth, during two visits they didn't do anything and they are ripping off money for nothing

I registered a friend who came from another country for a classic full body massage for a specific day and time, and I coordinated the service with the receptionist over the phone. When my friend arrived at the agreed time, the administrator referred him to a physiotherapist, and not to a classic full body massage specialist, as I had registered. The specialist suggested that a friend do a shoulder regen because she asked the friend what he was complaining about during the appointment (He mentioned shoulder pain). We did not come to this AND 1 clinic for the services of doctors and treatment, but only for a classic massage. We choose where to get treatment. I called the front desk and described the problem. That he performed the wrong service for which I myself had registered my friend. He said that he would forward the complaint to the manager and that he would call me. Called the next day. He said he didn't have a recorded conversation. Claimed that the service performed was the one I signed up for. The conversation with the manager was unpleasant. Deceptive clinic and staff. The prices on the website are false. Wisdom tooth removal costs 70-90eur, I was charged 115eur. Dr. Šilauskienė was late for 40 minutes and easily pulled everything out in 5 minutes. The doctor writes her own prices. I asked why it is necessary to pay so much, nobody knows anything. He asks if the pull was difficult because of such a price, and he can't explain to me why if it was difficult, he can't say anything either. My case was not complicated, it was removed very easily - they didn't even put stitches. And antibiotics were not given. BIG SCAM. And they say that nobody knows anything. Go elsewhere.... The child was scheduled for a visit to the stomatologist, I agreed with the doctor myself that his old seal would be replaced with a new one, when the child left the office, a double bill was written because it turns out that there was another seal that was written as (complex) on the bill. I think he should have asked me or the child what he was going to do in his mouth first. I really don't like to write bad reviews, but after today's experience with dermatologist V. Markevičienė, I felt that I had wasted my money and time. The doctor didn't ask me what health problems I had, or whether I was taking medication, she didn't delve into the health problems I mentioned, I had to tell her everything myself, and I also felt that I wasn't listened to at all. Offered products and treatments for hair loss, but did not go into the health issues I mentioned and what could be causing them. During the consultation, I felt like I was consulting myself, trying to find reasons, while the person sitting next to me just agreed with everything I said. I came to the AND clinic dentist because of a chipped tooth. The result is that I participated in 3 consultations (each consultation for 30-40 euros), in which they did nothing but looked at my smile and took a photo of one tooth (3 times, a photo in each visit). During the third consultation, the dentist suggested pulling the tooth and placing an implant, which would lead to the fourth consultation... In the end, I decided to go to a more professional establishment where clients' time is valued. I wonder how my experience will be different.... (Show more)

Oral hygiene was performed perfectly, but additional services are charged. 84 euros for simple oral hygiene is really a lot. The information in the check is not transparent, which makes it difficult to understand what the amount is for. Carefully evaluate the prices before your visit.
