And I found myself in a fairy tale - starting from the emergency department and ending with the ward. To say that it is a chamber means to say nothing. It's like a room in a good hotel - everything is there. The staff is very polite and anticipates all your wishes, you don’t even have to leave the room. The sisters are all friendly and sweet. It so happened that the first hours after the operation passed at night and we were constantly changing the ice and giving painkilling injections - everything was perfect. Thank you, you are so good. The nurses are great - cleanliness, always fresh water. Special thanks to the barmaids, the food is hot, in separate containers, on trays. In general, the stay at the clinic can be given a solid 5. Well, what can I say, for the inadequate money they charge for services, the doctors are still ok, but the staff could be more polite. The attitude is as if I am in a free regional clinic. Dissatisfied faces of nurses, waiting 40 minutes for discharge and constant questions about when I will finally leave and rolling their eyes at my requests. A special gem was the cloakroom attendant who confronted me about why I left my jacket. They left me at the department because I felt bad. As if I had to run after them all, which is what I had to do. How many times have I applied, doctors only prescribe dietary supplements and homeopathy. It’s the 21st century, and charlatans work even in such an expensive clinic. I don’t understand how you can prescribe arbidol and interferons that have no proven effectiveness. and it would be okay just once.
