I made an appointment at the salon a week in advance and received a confirmation message the day before. When I arrived, there were two ladies who were smoking and the lady from the reception who said that it would take a while. For 15 minutes no one came, I was not taken into account. I was dealing with folliculitis and epilation was a pain, the recommendation came from my friend to go with her to the epilation session. I took a package, after 3 years of the procedures (4 full body sessions + other punctual ones) the results are maintained. In the armpit and groin, there were some loose but insignificant hairs. Went to Noblezza 2 years ago for hair removal and I am still coming back for the yearly appointment. The place is really nice, even more since they moved to a new location. Don't spend your money unnecessarily and don't be fooled by advertising! I opted for a HydraFacial treatment. The session lasted 20-25 minutes; nothing in the description of the procedure on the website corresponded to reality. The skin cleaning was done manually by squeezing the black points, with pain, red seeds and swelling on the face. The "facial analysis" consisted of "what facial products do I use?" I expected that this analysis would be through the digital scan of the skin as is normally done before performing a treatment corresponding to the skin type and not "by eye". I asked for details about the mask that was applied to me, about the steps of the procedure....an uncertain stammer. Very surprising, at the end of the procedure he didn't use any serum or face cream, my skin was very dry and red... HORRIBLE. An amateur salon with unqualified employees! Don't spend your money unnecessarily and don't be fooled by advertising!... (Show more)

They don't deserve a penny you give them. I did cryolipolysis and absolutely nothing. Just the advertisement of "2 money" and nothing true.
