Dr Christina Xu is the best dentist I have seen in more than 10 years. She is professional, polite, warm and kind. Most importantly, she is so skillful that there was no pain and no discomfort at all when I had my scaling and filling. Thumbs up!
Visited Epping location and had my half yearly check up and clean. Tyron the dentist did a wonerful job. The appoinment time chosen and the treatment time were spot on. I have been before in Hornsby for the placimg of a crown and I was very impressed by the way this was done in one appointment. No more coming back after 10 or 14 days. Very good. Saw me at short notice. Was able to explain the procedures to be done and asked for consent. Would be happy to use this service again. No payment needed to be made other than through my health insurance.

I’ve recently had a crown to save one of my teeth. Dr Natasha Gumbar worked so hard in the preparation stage as the tooth was in such a difficult location in my mouth. I’ve now had the permanent crown placed and it’s very comfortable after some precision dentistry to ensure a perfect fit. Thank you

I had broken a crown of a molar at lunch time, called and had an appointment at 4:10pm with Dr. Shagun Gandhi Prajapati (name copied from email) who went through the options with me. We decided on a repair which was done quickly and efficiently and by the end of it, the tooth felt just as it did before the break. With my health insurance card, there was no further expense. Update 29/4/23: I had another appointment and was sent a New Patient form which was very unfriendly to fill in, especially when you have to select your date of birth from a calendar starting with the current month. At my age, I would have had to tap left around 800 times to get to my month of birth! I attended without filling it in. Otherwise, service was good.... (Show more)
A few years back, I switched to No Gap and found that together with my Health Fund Cover the service is financially well worth it. This time, I went to see Dr Sonali about my 6 months check up. Upon welcoming, she enquired about whether I had any new issue with my teeth. If I have an issue, she normally explains how to remedy it. She is an excellent professional and I trust her. This time she spend a fair bit of time discussing my general state of health ( I am undergoing cancer treatment) and how I was coping with it. She was genuinely concerned about my condition. Dr. Tyrone Wu is fantastic! Highly recommend him. All the front staff at this clinic are also very polite and every visit has been a pleasant experience :)
