He plans treatment so as not only to aesthetically improve the patient's smile but, above all, to restore proper functions, which patients are often unaware of. I have been treated by Konrad Chłystowski for years and I can certainly say that he is a good doctor - reliable and meticulous. Together with the very nice Mrs. Zuza, they form an ideal duo ensuring a very friendly atmosphere in the office, especially in difficult times for the patient. I really appreciate that they treat each case very individually and very conscientiously, which sometimes results in delays in the schedule, which I have never had a problem with. I am always willing to wait, because I know that a prolonged visit can happen to anyone in a difficult and unpredictable situation. Even in times of restrictions, it's nice to wait at the reception, where you can always count on kindness, water, coffee or whatever you need. Another advantage is Mrs. Izabela, who makes sure that my teeth are well cleaned. she is always very nice, professional, gentle, effective and conscientious. And although K. Chłystowski no longer works here, I come back to Mrs. Iza, because she truly hygienizes the hair perfectly. and I only hope that the information about mobbing in this place is just gossip.... Professional approach to the patient and full care from the beginning of treatment to checking the final effect.

Wonderful doctors. Great, comprehensive care. For the first time, the dentist did not look at my problem as a problem of one tooth, but wondered what led to it and suggested working on the cause, not its effect. My teeth, temporomandibular joints, gums and tongue were examined as part of cancer prevention. For the first time, I met a dental clinic whose doctors looked at the oral cavity comprehensively, taking into account the entire chewing system and explaining the relationships to me, and not just treating a specific tooth. We have been regular patients at the clinic for years. This time it was necessary to remove a permanent, extra tooth (mesiodens) from our 7-year-old son. The procedure went exceptionally smoothly, despite the large root - and all thanks to a wonderful doctor! Dr. Niewada made my son feel comfortable and safe, and the only "bad" thing he remembers is the bitter taste of the anesthetic ointment 😂. We recommend!!!... (Show more)

PLN 450 for 10 minutes of consultation, visit delayed by 25 minutes... and many other unpleasant surprises.

A great place and a very professional approach to the patient. Very nice service. But the most important thing is that every time we and the children leave happy and smiling. I recommend it with all my heart ❤️

I have no objections to the services themselves, but what is very irritating is that every time - and we have been treated at Niewada for about 3 years - there is a delay of at least 15-20 minutes in relation to the scheduled start time of the visit. It seems to me that in the case of persistent failure to make it on time for an appointment, it would be useful to extend the time allocated to individual patients. Today the delay was half an hour.
