My suggestion don't go N G MEDICARE, it's worst diagnostic centre, especially USG.... radiologist is not orginal radiologist...6 months doctors...so don't prefer...as my opinion

Extremely satisfied with service I received at NG Medicare. I visited Ng Medicare for a full health check up. A day prior to my appointment I received appointment confirmation that i could refer during my visit. I was welcomed by the staff upon entry and was informed of the schedule of tests to be carried out. I completed multitude of tests including ultrasound, xray, ecg, echo and all blood work. Doctors were knowledgeable and support staff competent to complete all tests on time. Received my reports in 1-2 days along with doctor consulting. Overall very happy with support and expertise provided and will recommend their services.... (Show more)

Poor service.Did Doppler of my mother in laws leg.Radiologist Dr.Saumava Das Gupta finished the test in 10 minutes and did not mention finding of any clot when the clot was confirmed by two consecutive tests in two other labs.Rs 9800/- gone to drain.Wastage of money and time.she is 80 years old.Total harrasment.However front desk behaviour was excellent.Not recommended at all.They are basking in their old Glory.Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.... A big shout out to Ng Medicare for the pleasant experience I had during my recent visit there for medical consultation. I would usually shy away from seeking medical care in Kolkata during my annual visit from the US due to poor service but pleasant surprise awaited me this time around. My dealings with the staff, from Shampa Kundu at the front desk to the medical assistants and the consulting radiologist Dr. Saumabha Das Gupta himself, simply went above and beyond the standard of care I am used to overseas. Hope the clinic continues to maintain such patient-centricity in the future.... (Show more)
I had a requirement for a nurse to give me daily injections at my home.I got to know about MG medicare from google.I called the hospital and they provided me sister Shukla. She is the gem person and highly professional..her way of giving injection is very good, it's not painful at all..Hardly to find such a nurse in my area. I highly recommend sister Shukla to everyone...... (Show more)

Booked an appointment for USG. The sonoloogist is impatient. Gave wrong report. Very rude behaviour. Will never visit and will never recommend anyone.
Today, under the expert supervision of Dr. Paromita and Supratik Sanatani we underwent surgery on my mother's left eye cataract. All in all, it was a really positive experience, and I would especially want to thank Ranjana and her team from the Insurance Department for their outstanding assistance throughout the process and seamless execution.
