My partner and I only have positive things to say about our experience with New Life clinic. We felt completely at ease with Dr Kahled and the nurses were so caring and thoughtful every step of the way. I am particularly grateful to Simone who I felt gave consistent and compassionate follow up care and check ins. We were incredibly lucky to fall pregnant on our first round IVF with ICSI in May 2023 and thank our lucky stars every day for the safe arrival of our baby girl Ava. I haven't written an online review of anything for years, but feel the need to share my bad experience at this clinic. They have a money grabbing attitude and show no compassion at all towards patients (with the exception of the nurse Lucille who did try to help me at the point my cycle was abandoned). The process was poorly explained and I was offered no follow up after the day my cycle failed which left me feeling totally unsupported. In the meantime they take every opportunity to charge for everything even refusing to refund a parking fine I received whilst parked as a genuine patient in the clinic carpark. I already complained to management directly, who admit I should have received a follow up, and they could have easily refunded my parking charge but didn't. Their response just highlights the money grabbing attitude of the clinic and lack of understanding for patients like me who are trying to come to terms with the fact the treatment didn't work and they cannot have a child.... An amazing clinic with the most amazing people. From the very first meeting with Dr Khaled, we felt supported and well informed about every step of the process. With us being unable to have IVF through the NHS due to my BMI, Newlife finally gave us hope of having a family of our own. All of the team are so caring and supportive, giving me hugs when I needed them the most and especially to Simone for being so patient with me when taking my bloods due to my hidden veins! There are not enough stars to rate this clinic highly enough. From the moment we made contact we felt in a friendly understanding environment. Having been through a few years of losses, tests and rejection at the hands of nhs and other clinics our first zoom meeting with Mr B was thorough, positive, clear and to the point. Being a plus size female with a high bmi, it was nice not to be blanket rejected. From the first in person meeting for bloods and samples with Simone, we knew it was the right clinic for our journey. Never feeling like a number, always a person, a friend and part of the family. Every visit grew our trust in the team, and became a highlight of my week. Sarah, Simone, Lucille and Elizabeth all became friends and were super supportive and that ear to listen. Always keeping me updated in a timely and efficient manner and even when delivering bad news- it was done with compassion and a cuddle or some comfort. Mr B listened and heard our concerns and queries and advised us accordingly after our failed cycle and listened to our suggestions to help develop a plan together rather than dictating one. Any interactions with the staff in admin made us feel at ease and very comfortable. Help with understanding and choosing the correct treatment and financial packages for us, and meds options. Massive shout out to all behind the scenes- as they don't get enough credit! Special mention to Hannah and Visha for going above and beyond in helping us out. And here we are now at home with our 3 week old baby daughter. Dreams really do come true and New Life clinic help that happen. We cannot thank the team enough, and will be forever grateful. So glad that I found this clinic. We have just completed two rounds of IVF with ICSI and even though we haven’t quite got our happy ending just yet, I cannot rate this clinic highly enough. I genuinely look forward to my appointments because everyone is so lovely and puts you at ease. Have had appointments with both Dr B and Dr Khaled and both are brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Newlife, after having some previous experiences with a couple of other clinics, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I cannot express how amazing the team at New Life are. From the moment we walked in I knew I was in safe and confident hands. Every part of this journey has been incredibly hard on us emotionally but physically every need was met and exceeded our expectations. Everyone at New Life have been so supportive and they genuinely treat you like family. A special thank you to Dr Khaled who is just such a brilliant and kind doctor I can’t thank you enough. Newlife has been an amazing journey. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very positive and always trys to keep their patients postive. They have been very supportive in our journey.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Newlife! Our journey started with them in January 2021. From our first consultation we felt at ease with everyone we dealt with. I have a high bmi, so to find a clinic that didn’t penalise you for this was a relief. At every appointment or phone call, the team were clear and helpful, no question was too small. The nursing staff are so lovely & supportive, even offering a hug when needed. We used Access Fertility who work closely with the clinic, and that was so easy and took the financial stress out of the process. I can not thank Newlife and the staff enough for everything they have done. From the receptionist, nurses, doctors and the embryologists. They were so helpful from the moment I made the enquiry to birth of my daughter! I can’t wait for round 2 next year ❤️

Our IVF journey started a couple of years ago with Newlife and I have nothing but positive things to say! From day one, we felt looked after and listened to; something we didn’t get anywhere else. The anxiety and worry you feel when going through fertility treatment was eased, as everything was always explained fully and clearly. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing all of the staff are. The nurses were supportive and kind and really made the effort to get to know you. You end up feeling like part of a second family. Although we unfortunately were not successful straight away, the staff were comforting and understanding and were always there to listen to us. After 7 years of infertility, we finally have our amazing little boy, all thanks to Newlife and their amazing team. Words can never express my gratitude towards them. A special thank you to Simone, Lucile Visha and Dr Khaled for always being the greatest of support, our biggest cheerleaders and overall wonderful people. I’ve wanted to write this review since we started our IVF journey with Newlife in 2020 but it’s so hard to put into words how fantastic and lovely everyone is, I cannot recommend them enough! We started our journey with Newlife in 2020 but our fertility journey started a long time before that. We had been through many losses and were refused help on the NHS. We thought our dream of becoming parents was over but then we found Newlife. From the moment I first contacted them they were nothing but kind, caring and extremely informative. As a bigger lady I have been treated very poorly by doctors and consultants in the past and made to feel my losses were my fault. That was until I met Dr Khaled who was so unbelievably kind and understanding and made me instantly feel comfortable he had no issue with my weight and said he could help us. We had 2 rounds of IVF with Newlife and I’m now sat here watching my 4 month old baby boy sleep something we never thought possible. Newlife made our dreams come true and we are eternally grateful to them, had the team not been so kind and friendly and made me feel so comfortable, cared for and like my feelings mattered and were important we probably wouldn’t be where we are now. From our first enquiry with Newlife the communication has been great. Every step of our treatment was explained fully to us and no question was a silly question. All the staff were amazing and supportive. After 2 failed rounds the option of immunology testing was mentioned and that’s the route we went down. Our third round was then successful and we now have our miracle baby boy 10 months old. Simone, Lucille and Sarah were especially memorable to me. I even took baby back to Newlife to meet the Dr and nurses and they absolutely loved seeing our baby boy. I would 100% Newlife to other couples.... (Show more)

There aren't enough stars or words to truly express how amazing the team at newlife are. From the beginning, they made me and my husband feel welcome and eased anxieties about embarking on the whole process, especially after finding out how difficult it would be with the NHS as I am a bigger lady. It was actually a pleasure, anytime we had an appointment, to go in and speak with the ladies, more like interacting with friends than a medical team. They made the whole process ease by, and now we have our beautiful daughter and can begin our journey as parents that we have been dreaming of for years. I would not hesitate to recommend NewLife to anyone about to start their fertility journey. We had visited several clinics prior to starting our treatment. However, from the moment we met Dr Khaled and the team at NewLife we knew that we wanted our journey to start with them. The team are so positive, reassuring and help with any anxieties you may have. No question is a silly question and you are made to feel part of the NewLife family. Where other clinics put obstacles in our way, there was only positivity and hope at NewLife. We really felt supported and well informed at every step of our journey. I’ve been wanting to write a review for many months now, but I’ve had my hands full. (All thanks to new life) Having tried another fertility clinic beforehand where I wasn’t treated very nicely I was quite apprehensive about walking into another clinic. Well I didn’t need to worry at all. Myself and my husband had been trying to conceive for 12 years. When I met with Dr Khaled in February 2021 first of all he listened to me and what had been going on- not many other doctors had. We (I say we and not just he because I felt very involved) then made a plan to start less invasive treatments. For us, there’s were unsuccessful so we made a plan to start IVF in January 2022. I felt very informed and supported. The nurses are incredible. It’s like they know how you’re feeling and go above and beyond. IVF is tough, but with the care, kindness and information from newlife it’s made a lot easier. I would recommend newlife in a heart beat. Dr K, Simone, Sarah and Lucile are all fantastic. Along with all the other staff behind the scenes too. Newlife isn’t like other fertility clinics. It feels more like you’re visiting family. They made our dreams come true and we welcomed our daughter in November 2022. If you’re thinking of contacting them, do it.... (Show more)

Having had a less positive experience at a previous clinic, I started to search for a new fertility consultant and came across the reviews for Newlife. Reading all of the positive reviews, I contacted Newlife and from my very first message I knew that my experience would definitely be different if I went with them. Any of my queries and worries were handled sensitively and professionally. Dr Khaled was my consultant, he personalised my treatment plan & discussed whether we would benefit from adding growth hormones but did not push us to add unless we wanted to do so. He has such a calm, friendly manner and always had time for any questions that I had. All of the nurses were friendly and supportive, special mention to Simone & Sarah who were the loveliest & positive, especially when I could be ha in a negative/anxious day. Visha is the kindest person I have come across in my fertility “journey” - she has answered my questions even on weekends or late evenings & even sent messages after our transfer. I’m very lucky that my cycle with them worked and I now have my baby. I cannot recommend Newlife enough if you are looking for a fertility clinic.... (Show more)

Highly recommended newlife fertility clinic. I struggled to fall pregnant for 4 years i had a miscarriage back in 2019 and never thought i was ever going to be a mum. I am overweight and was told so many times you will have to lose weight before even getting any help and I always struggled and just didn't think I was ever going to have a baby due to my weight and then I came across newlife fertility clinic back in November 2021 and was told they can help with anyone up to a certain high BMI and I felt so happy I had to start straight away. January 2022 came i had all the tests needed. And by February 2022 i fell pregnant. All the staff was so friendly, kind and so helpful. I finally have my little baby I have always longed for on 20/10/2022. Cannot thank everyone at the clinic enough for all their help making everything feel complete for me. Newlife clinic has been a breathe of fresh air that I so much needed, given the experience I had at a previous clinic where we were just treated as a number. The people at Newlife clinic have been amazing and I feel like I have been well supported and informed through out. I have felt like an individual here rather than just a number and they actually care. Dr Khaled tailored my plan according to my situation and he always listened to every little concern of mine and explained things so clearly. His knowledge and experience made me feel reassured and I knew I was in the best of hands. His calm and collective energy was very much needed as I’m always so worried and stressed, so thank you very much. A special mention to the nurses - Simone, Lucille and Joanne you have been the sweetest throughout. Simone thank you for always uplifting my spirits and rubbing off that positive energy when I’ve needed it the most. You all genuinely care and that means a lot. A special thank you to the embryologist Sana, you literally took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything so patiently and in a way we understood what was going on. Thank you! I am orginally from the liverpool area and heard of newlife clinic through social media and friends. From the first appointment with dr kaled i knew the clinic was right for me. He was understanding and patient with me and all the nurses were lovely and very supportive with me and nothing was to much trouble. They were very quick at organizing all the revelant tests for me. At the clinic i went through the iui procedure and with the second attempt of the iui procedure i finally fallen pregnant. The team are truely amazing. Thank you newlife. X... (Show more)
