It’s a shame I never got a chance to speak directly with a qualified surgeon instead their assistant Jayne who isn’t a qualified surgeon got in the way and was rude during every interaction and would barely let me speak without interrupting. I’ve spoken to a lot of Onurs patients who have nothing but positive words to say about him but it’s a shame that his assistant clearly has no customer service skills and is pushing people away, she’s also lying to people and saying that Onur is saying he doesn’t think he do their noses because they are “hard” but he’s infact on a break and not taking on new clients don’t allow her to push the newer surgeon onto you if your heart is set on Onur. I recently had a lower blepharoplasty procedure with NewYou, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My eye bags are gone and my eyes look so much brighter. Mr Alamouti was professional, he listened to what I wanted and was incredibly gentle when administering Botox. He uses very fine needles so you barely feel a thing. I have lovely, natural results and people comment how fresh I look and would not guess that I had Botox. It makes such a difference having Botox done by a very experienced Plastic Surgeon.... Dr Gilleard was the third surgeon I met when deciding to have rhinoplasty, and I immediately knew I found the right man for the job. At the zoom and face to face consultations he reassured me that he will be able to reach a good result for me, and after a few months of recovery I can now say he was absolutely right! I always hated my big bumpy nose and I now have a small nose that fits my petite frame, it’s such a huge change (and a boost to my confidence), but everyone says it looks completely natural and you’d never know I had surgery. Dr Gilleard is really approachable, and no question is stupid. All the way through he always explained in detail what was happening and what will happen next. Post-surgery care is fantastic, and he is available to discuss any questions and replied quickly when I had a concern. There are also regular check ups in the year following surgery which are always a pleasure and provide reassurance. Jayne is also super helpful with anything you need. Dr Ertan Erel performed upper eyelid surgery for me at the start of July. Best hrs work I ever did. Had been thinking about having it done for years so went for a consult where he explained everything to me & the staff at New You were so nice & helpful. He did the surgery whilst I was awake but I felt really calm & in great hands as all the nurses were lovely. Only took an hr & I even took the tube home. The aftercare was great & they checked up with me to make sure everything was going well. I'm delighted with the results. Family & friends say it has knocked yrs off which is a bonus 😂 My eyelid hoods had always bothered me & age wasn't helping. I'm delighted with the results & will return when the time comes to get my lower lids spruced up. Can highly recommended the surgeons, staff & aftercare at New You. Wouldn't go anywhere else.... Our daughter had rhinoplasty surgery at New You and she is absolutely thrilled with the results. From our initial contact with the clinic we have had excellent levels of care. After having a few consultations with other "Top" Rhinoplasty surgeons within the first ten minutes I knew Dr Gilliard was the one I would be going ahead with. The consultation was informative not rushed at all and I was given all of the information I needed to make a decision within the first consultation. Dr Gilliard is friendly, kind with zero ego which was a winner for me. He explained the procedure and managed my expectations well. I am two months post op now and couldn't be happier with my new nose! I am still a little swollen but that is to be expected.
