From first entry into the practice you are welcomed by such a lovely, friendly & helpful team followed by banging tunes so your mind is totally taken off the fact there are hands and tools in your mouth!! I'm very impressed with this dental practice and believe me I been to a few in my time. From the reception to the surgeries the place is clean to a high standard. The infection control practices seem to be excellent, I'm a retired Infection Control Nurse so I look out for these things. The staff are polite and helpful and the professionalism and skill of the dentists excellent. I would , and have, highly recommend this practice. A minor detail but the car parking is great too.... I have been a patient of Richard Gatenby since I was a child, I have always found the treatment I have received to be excellent. The staff are always friendly and polite, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Due unforeseen circumstance I cancelled apt with Dentist.Very easy via email. Done the same day rescheduled and attachment sent with new Date. Very efficient. Been with this practice a very long time. Treated with respect and curtesy on each visit. Thank you Team

Highly recommend this dental practice. My family have been patients here since we moved to Shrewsbury and I’m so glad we chose this one. The process of my cosmetic dental journey here has been flawless. All members of the team are incredibly helpful and professional. From an Invisalign journey, whitening and a small composite bonding tweak I have achieved the perfect teeth! James Russell advised and guided my decisions which could not have suited me better. I have now been a patient for a number of years and so have my wife and 3 children after our old practice stopped doing NHS work. New Park was recommended to us by a number of people. We receive excellent care at reasonable prices with good availability of appointments. The staff are engaging and welcoming and the treatment we have had has been first class. My children have been referred for braces and the information we received was comforting and accurate. I have been a Patient for many years, and am very happy with all the treatment I have received from Richard Gatenby and his team especially Tanya who go above and beyond. I would highly recommend New Park House and all the staff, they are excellent and highly knowledgeable.

After a double problem, toothache and gum (side effect of Chemo) I was seen very quickly in an emergency slot. The toothache was dealt by extensive filling very quickly and a referal to the RHS with the gum problem was dealt with within 10 days. Follow-ups happened in both cases soon after. There was further concern this week when I thought the treated tooth had chipped, a quick inspection by my dentist confirmed the tooth was intact and was a bone from my gum had worked its way up between the two molars. I have been a patient of this practice for a number of years under the care of Richard Gatenby and his trusty sidekick Tanya. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice as I have always received excellent care from the moment of walking in to the moment of walking out.

I have fairly recently transferred to this practice and so far cannot fault the service they provide. All the staff are friendly, courteous and unfailingly helpful. I had a tooth put under sedation last year and as I was very nervous the dentist took the time to explain the procedure to me as did the anaesthetist. The staff are so friendly and always professional, and the care provided is always top notch. I’ve been let down before at previous practises, but never at New Park House. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Superb - cannot fault Paul Godbold as my dentist; explains everything really well, efficient and thorough. I have 100% trust in him/the practice to look after me and my teeth (really hasn't been the case elsewhere!). Hygienist is also great, and even now scheduled on the same day to minimise my time visiting - very considerate. The backup team and all round service is excellent with hassle free appointments and reminders. I consider it very good value for money. I couldn't be happier with my dentist.... (Show more)
