I do not recommend. I made an appointment for my nephew at this clinic. I received the recommendation that they are good and professional 🤬. For two years I paid 350-400 lei per session to put some dental fillings. The pandemic came and I stopped this service. because that's what the law required. After the pandemic, I made an appointment again at this clinic 🙈 ... but I requested another dentist because the first one had not solved anything ... money spent by me for these sessions 😱. They asked for 800-950 lei for the session after the pandemic 🤬 and I paid two sessions with the requested rate😢. Later, I found that the assigned doctor has the same working method as his colleague, but at a double price, which is why I stopped visiting this clinic😡. Now I am faced with the situation that my nephew had a dressing on a tooth that had to be replaced with a filling. I did not understand from the discussions with the dentist that it is a dressing that must later be replaced with a filling... I had discussions with colleagues from the clinic who had different opinions...that they should do, I don't know what treatments...on a pile of money... 🤬without clearly understanding what should be done or if not because the opinions were different whether to do or not to do🙈 🙈🙈 under the conditions that I scheduled him two years ago to be treated to put some dental fillings. 🙈🙈🙈🙈 Now we are faced with the situation that the dressing applied at this clinic has given way and the child developed pus and may lose his teeth.🥹🙈🙈🙈 If you think it doesn't deserve a star, I hope you don't go through my situation...and the fear that the child may lose teeth😢. During the pandemic, they charged a disinfection fee of 100 RON for each visit. I also paid this fee, although I repaired all my teeth and paid more than 10,000 ron in total. Today I went with my son for a filling. In addition to the price of the filling, I had to pay a fee of 200 RON for the consultation. The girl at the reception told me that this is how you pay for the first consultation, but it was not the first consultation. Soon it will be paid even if you don't have CASCO on the car.... a non-serious clinic, after they confirm your appointment by text and call you the day before to make sure that you are coming to the center where they have moved, you go to the appointment at 11.30 and wait for the fool to take you for 2 hours 2nd appointment because the first one was canceled because the doctor was on vacation. But the day before when they confirmed the doctor was not on leave??? joke, and extremely high costs, 100 euros for a regular dental cleaning, is this normal? no, not really. Update regarding the clinic's answer: lies!!! My mother had 2 confirmed appointments: 1 at 11:30 a.m. to check the prosthesis and 1 at 12:30 p.m. for sanitation. She was received at 1:30 a.m. with some apologies and that was it. I think you could do more than that. A waste of your customers and their time.
