They charge €220 for a culture of ear fluid and a visit to a pediatrician
Unfortunately, like most private ones, they only see you as a wallet! They serve the patients a lousy meal, you press the button and they show up after ten minutes, some are rude, the cleanliness is mediocre. In the final, (agreed) bill, they charged us more and when I complained to the doctor and I refused to pay, they took it back. I hope I don't have to go again (due to doctors only). Shame on people's pain and weakness.... (Show more)
On February 9, I was operated on by Mr. Chiiridis and Mr. Dahabre in a very difficult surgery. Everything went well, the whole team was flawless, perfect and humane. I also thank all the nursing staff for their perfect professionalism. Thank you and keep up the good work
Excellent pediatric staff!! A big thank you for the attention and interest they showed to my little one and the prompt diagnosis!!!
I visited the Medical Department yesterday for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The appointment was at 11 in the morning and they did not delay me at all. Mr. Psilopoulos, director of Endoscopy and Ms. Panagiotidou, excellent doctors. I finished in about 1 hour. Total cost €440 for everything. Mr. Psilopoulos was very knowledgeable, kind, direct and familiar.... (Show more)
Worst of all
Lack of telephone notification for an appointment regarding a triplex esophagus. Of course the real how much you find out after the exam where you have to have guessed earlier and have it on you in cash to pay black if they don't want to cut a receipt. Secretariat tragic! The one star only for the doctors who although tax evaders were professionals and the exam went smoothly.... (Show more)
From my recent experience in the medical field, I would like to comment on the unacceptable fact that a MOLECULAR Covid test is required to enter for hospitalization! We have left Covid behind us, it is a simple virus, there are countless other viruses that we have a much harder time with, but we insist on Covid and the tests. Why; Meanwhile, the centers that do the tests don't show much zeal for getting the sample right! A mockery, in other words, the patient simply pays 50 or 60 euros for no reason to get the negative certificate. Just DISGUSTING!... (Show more)
Simple and hard words. I have been going to the Medical Center since 2013. The hospital since CVC invested in it has changed dramatically for the worse. Those of you who have health insurance, especially for children, refer to other hospitals. Totally disappointed, shame because she provided very good and high service.... (Show more)
Very good service
Service, information and feeling of security, hospitalization of my 4 year old son for 5 days, congratulations
I had to go to the day clinic for intravenous iron, the lady (God bless her!!!) at the clinic's traffic office is unacceptable, argumentative, she talks as if you somehow belong to her, first time I've been treated like that!!!!! !! Unacceptable behavior!!!!! While they have built a very nice space, the nurses inside are fantastic!!!! Pity !!!!... (Show more)
We went for our little one (4 years old) to have tonsils and meatus removed. Spotlessly clean, prompt service and above all the people in pediatrics were amazing from our doctor, the anesthetic to the nurses. Thank you very much to Andrea 💙 (nurse ;) who was so good to our child and also to us who almost died from our stress during the surgery!! It is important when you are dealing with children to have manners and appetite for what no one !!... (Show more)
Impeccable everyone with courtesy until the end where we went for my wife's exams. The answers came by e-mail and more. A big thank you
The endoscopy department C is the best! Congratulations to all the team! I did my colonoscopy there, and everybody made sure that it was a smooth experience. Thank you!
Outside the hospital there is a designated parking space, however it gets full very fast so be persistent with the parking guy. Inside the hospital, the entrance is guarded by a person to help direct you to where you need to be. There is also, an international reception desk. Everything is well signed posted. Very clean. Comfortable leather couches in the waiting area which has multicoloured fairy lights in the ceiling that change colour. Its very calming, although it is very busy. Our doctor/surgeon was very helpful.... (Show more)
Don't get any new beds either. Anyway, good service. good canteen coffee
I visited Peristeri Medical Center with my child today 04-28-23. He did the Rapid test which came out POSITIVE (13:52). From 14:30 until 15:30 there were no other patients in the area. No one was seeing my son who had a fever of 39.4. When I asked THE SPACE why he is not being seen by a doctor, they characteristically shrugged their shoulders meaning (what can I do for you). I had to leave because the child couldn't stand you standing with such a high fever. The ONLY thing I have to go is SHAME.... (Show more)
For a simple operation (Bile removal) with emergency participation, we paid as much as removing a kidney. Unfortunately, the treatment of customers who BADLY preferred this institution WITHOUT PRIVATE SECURITY, was the worst by far. They will never tell you the cost of an operation (not even an approximation) until you are discharged. It is a shame that in a country like Greece there are no rules like in clinics abroad. Of course we WILL NOT PREFER IT AGAIN! The 17 thousand is on the good side! You are so worth it! Not to mention that this particular institution DOES NOT HAVE A LEGAL DEPARTMENT that I asked 100 times to contact me. Be well soon!... (Show more)
One of the best clinic building facilities in Attica...easy access..parking works..inside...the interior is amazing, comfortable environment, perfect cleanliness...the human resources..well qualified medical and nursing staff..perfect professionals with a humane approach, warmth, a smile and a feeling of security..honesty.highest level of service provision..commensurate with the price..which creates unpleasant feelings for our fellow citizens for our fellow human beings who do not have the opportunity to enjoy such high quality health services...
