Navajo Dental Center

My experience is with the dental clinic. There was literally no wait time, the receptionist and dental hygienist were professional and personable, the dentist referred me immediately to a DMD for oral surgery. The dental exam area has about 10 chairs all filled with dentists attending each patient, and the area is clean. I have complete confidence in this clinic to take care of my dental needs. It took one staff member to completely destroy the experience of this location. I am extremely disappointed in the service given by the front desk at check in. Horrible horrible horrible. If you are a family looking for excellent and caring service, DO NOT COME HERE. The front desk is the face of the business. Especially being that they serve families and children, the front should be the start of a positive experience. The first appointment was cancelled by the front desk because I was late. That WAS my bad. However, I called ahead to let them know, because I told them I didn't want to go down there if we couldn't still be seen. The call center is who answered. They told me that I would still be seen especially because it was a pediatric patient. She said that we would just be put on stand by and when the dentist had time in between appointments that we would be seen. When I arrived they turned my child away. We came in the next day. I was there on time. It took me a few minutes to park. I drive a huge truck. The parking there is horrible even for cars. I usually like this place but the last few weeks I haven’t been getting the help I deserve . Came in today to speak to someone . Can to a sign saying close until 10 pm ummm why r u closed ?? No phones on nothing . Not ok at lease answer the phone . There’s people at the desk . I probably won’t change this message . Let me just start by saying I had an appointment with doctor Aaron Cleveland At first met him over the phone I was trying to explain to him about short illness. He rudely said I don’t have time for this. I have other patient the second time I met him with an offer. He was rude. he look like he didn’t wanna be he had a regular clothes, they were dirty and unclean I couldn’t talk to him because he was talking over me. This doctor should not be there... This is the worst clinic I have ever had to deal with. Customer service and intake is so rude. They have canceled appointments on my family and blame the the doctor's for the mistakes made when scheduling appointments. The doctor's are not the problem. Its the intake. I took off 3 days from work. And every time I took off to go to the dentist, they canceled my appointment.

I just stood in line for 5 min. to check in with the dentist and listened to reception chastise the people in front of me for being more than 5 minutes late, then told me they wouldn't see me today because I was 8 min. Late. . . I said goodbye to a great dentist today !

Go to some other clinic takes forever to get hold of someone. Doctors and staff are very lazy I talked to my doctor three months ago he was supposed to send my referral to another doctor after calling twice and been told both times I’ll get call back from referral department soon which never happened. I am utterly appalled by the lack of care and empathy displayed by Dr. FUNG during my loved one's Jason wongs dental treatment. It is with great disappointment that I write this review to warn others about the horrific experience we had at this dental clinic. From the moment we stepped into the office, it was apparent that the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. However, the real nightmare began when my loved one was seated in the dental chair. Dr. FUNG seemed disinterested and rushed, paying no attention to the patient's comfort or well-being. The lack of anesthesia or proper numbing techniques during a routine procedure was shocking. My loved one endured excruciating pain throughout the entire treatment, and despite their obvious distress, Dr. FUNG proceeded without offering any relief or concern. It was as if they were completely indifferent to the agony they were inflicting. Not only did Dr. FUNG fail to provide adequate pain management, but their handling of the instruments also demonstrated a complete disregard for patient safety. The entire procedure was rough and careless, causing unnecessary trauma and further intensifying the pain. This level of negligence is inexcusable and deeply concerning. Moreover, the lack of communication and explanation regarding the procedure was utterly unprofessional. Dr. FUNG failed to address our concerns or provide any information about what was being done. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, without any regard for the patient's understanding or involvement in their own dental care. To add insult to injury, the follow-up care provided by the clinic was equally disappointing. There was no inquiry into my loved one's well-being or any attempt to rectify the pain and trauma caused by Dr. FUNG . It is evident that patient welfare is of no importance to this practice. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to steer clear of this clinic and, specifically, Dr. FUNG. Their lack of compassion, professionalism, and concern for patient comfort make them wholly unsuitable to practice dentistry. They cancelled 4 appointments in a row, they lost a record of one of my appointments, 1) doctor quit 2) doctor late 3) lost record of appointment 4) I got a message saying my appointment was cancelled I called and they said they showed no record of that, my next appointment was cancelled. How? They provided no alternatives for example meeting in person, its going to result in risking my life with homelessness, the doctor only tried to call once, in my case i received the check in but not the doctors call. They switched my insurance and prevented me from seeing my physical therapist, never got pain management done, always begging for medication, psychiatrist always cancelled, and kicked me out bc i cried on the phone. They were sensitive because in the past i used to cry and yell because losing a hand is very hard especially in the beginning., They held that against me, put me into crisis and impacted my visit with Peach Tree with all the concerns boiling over. On hold for a emergency appointment that I did not receive a call for. It has been over 30 minutes and I am out of mediations that I need a prescription for to be able to function with bipolar. I have been the "next caller in line" the entire time.

Calling and setting a first time appointment was easy and the person who got me enrolled was so kind and helpful. I was so nervous for my initial dental appointment but ended up leaving the clinic relieved. I was greeted and filled out some paperwork. I have a lot of anxiety at the dentists office and they let me bring my partner in the room with me for moral support. I wish I remembered the person's name that did my x-rays (will update when I figure who it was) , they were so kind and patient with me even though I kept having troubles opening my mouth all the way. Like I said, I have a hard time opening my mouth because of TMJ issues but Dr. Ayesha Ahmad was gentle and patient with me. I am very grateful for how thorough and honest she is. The person who set follow up appointments was very helpful and even found an appointment in the same week. I haven't felt this taken care of in a dentists office in years. I am very confident in getting caee here that I'm even thinking about getting my primary care and vision done here too.... (Show more)

If your looking for a drug program, this is not the place. You won’t get a call back. I had my medication stolen out of my hotel room and put an urgent message and it has been 48hours no response. I have followed the program religiously for 3 months and I’m doing my best not to relapse. You would think they would call you back or at least put in the order for your prescription since you have been out for a few days. Kinda sad actually. Very poorly organized drug program. Amazing office but they need to let go of Dr. Patricia Samuelson. She’s rude and toxic, not the kind of person you want to trust with your health. She is impatient, and tries to push you out the door as soon as possible. Zero compassion and care. It’s very obvious that she’s there for the paycheck, she doesn't even attempt to hide it.... Dr. Aaron Cleveland is rude and very unprofessional as a doctor! He talks over his patients, hangs up in their face and does what he thinks is right instead of listening to the patient! He does not care about his patients at all! He does not send your medicine on time to the pharmacy, and I’ve been waiting 4 months for him to put my medicine threw and he still hasn’t done it!! He has got to be the laziest doctor ever I don’t even know how he got the job. Overall I wouldn’t recommend him or this place. They have you on hold for 30 minutes to a hour and if you want to set up a appointment with a doctor you would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks prior to the day you set it up which is ridiculous! I had a better doctor before Aaron and that person stop working there so they put me with him and I would not recommend AARON CLEVELAND AT ALL!! Worst doctor ever! Everyone is always so friendly and i actually feel confortable. Probably the best exprience ive had in a doctors Office

I've only had positive experiences here. Snookie and Dr. G helped me today. Snookie was so polite and kind, she explained everything to me so that it was easy to understand, she was very reassuring and not judgmental at all. Dr. G was also very kind and helpful. They both made my visit much better than I was expecting it to be, and I'm grateful for both. Never had any problems with the front desk either, they're always polite as well.... (Show more)
