Over crowded hospital.... Pathetic service regarding OPD... Hospitals should give appointments on the phone but they ask to visit early in the morning and wait to get an appointment (which you usually do not be able to get as only 20 patients will get an appointment) 2,3 hours prior Doctors clinic timings....The hospital might think that patients are healthy people who can sit on those pathetic chairs for hours just to see the doctor for hardly 5 mins.... And the cherry on top is that there is no proper seating arrangements... Highly disappointed...... (Show more)

Doctors are never on time,,, There is no benefit to confirm doctors timings from helpline And staff is very cheap,keep telling you to wait for more 15 mints.. They will never tell about holiday or leave of doctors.

Yesterday, I agreed to go to the National Medical Center with a gentleman. After going there, I found out that it is not a hospital but an animal market. Oh God, so much rush, so much rush, so much rush that a normal person would faint. It seemed that we are not in Karachi. Rather, we are in an area of ​​Quetta or Kandahar. For God's sake, there was such a good hospital. They drowned the boat and put it there. Hope will I reserve better

Experience is good but roo busy due to smaller place as compared to other hospitals. Overall environment is good and economical as well as compared to other this standard hospitals. Only need more space due to the patients requirements.

Good medical facilities under one roof

One of the busiest Hospital i have ever seen all the time. It has no parking area some time you have to park your car half kilometre away from the hospital and so the service road busy all the time. Usually their security staff available there for to look after traffic.

NMC used to be a good neighborhood hospital but it has become worse since couple of years. OPD services are very unprofessional and doctors never come on time. OPD staff is highly un professional and rude. NMC is becoming a third class hospital and OPD services are a nightmare.

Best Hospital in Karachi came from Swat had my father surgery Doctor Shahid Rasool and Salman jefery very nice and humble person had a very good experience overall good hospital again specially thanks Doctor Shahid Rasool.

Everybody should avoid going there. They are butchers and slaughtering the public at large specially those who visits first time. We had a very bad experience with Dr Nasir Hussain Pulmonologist who is big fraud and has a very rude behaviour with patients. When patients are going to pay bill, the bill made by NMC will give you heart attack, so I suggest everyone to not go there. I request Sindh health commission to take action against them....
