Today i had an excellent telephone call with Julie (Practice Nurse) who listened to my concerns about my health, I didn’t feel rushed when talking to her, and the outcome of the call was positive

Such a bad way to run a surgery disabled Child injured foot went through patches as that seems to be the way surgery's do things now . Sent pictures only to be told to go pharmacy so they can look at it ?!!!! Child needed a Dr not a pharmacist . I have no words for how terrible this practice is You fill out patches in detali and then spend half day wating to hear back only to receive a message through patches to say no appointment do it all again tomorrow. What has happened to Dr's patient care is no existent .... (Show more)

I was surprised to see how poorly rated this GP surgery is. I have only used it twice but both times I've been able to get a fairly timely appointment and saw Rebecca (the physiotherapist) who is professional and knowledgeable. She has helped me manage my back pain without the need to purchase expensive equipment or through the use of any drugs/medication. She has simply been able to educate me on how to sit and stand to rectify the emerging issues. Thankfully I caught it early enough to not require any major intervention.... (Show more)

Left this doctors registered with another, phoned them for help, they said sounds like you have Covid!! Doctor phoned me within 45minutes, tested positive! So much you know Debs not asthma management lol. Dan here was poor too, left now and gone private sector, that support was a disorganised uninterested joke. Left Tudor! The only help was Dr Alisadi, nice man for the 1 star but all the rest Dr Spooner and Debs were no help or pleasant with it. I was ill for months no help one bit. Rude manner. Ignored Hpspital,s advice totally. Moved away from the area to get better care. Explained symptoms to Debs she said think I get the jist! Moved :-)... (Show more)

My daughter is a patient at this surgery. On numerous occasions her medical complaints she has put in have been more or less dismissed. My daughter just gets fobbed off all the time. In fact she is waiting for a call back today. My daughter has been in agony again last night. I have told her to go to A&E today. She should have called ambulance 3am this morning but she said she has had bad tight pains in her chest. This isnt good at all. Daughter spoke to nurse last week nurse gave her antibiotics . No disrespect to nurse but she isnt trained like Dr. I really think she should have had blood test. Samples of stool and urine to get to the bottom of her problem. It's a disgrace as I have lots of reviews of this surgery mostly bad. How can this be right. Just hope to God my daughter gets sorted today as she has been like this for two weeks and not getting any better and since last night got worse.... (Show more)

Terrible place for care ‘What do I expect I’m a 56 yr old arthritic woman’ ‘This is not a shop’ Refusing care after surgery - even the most basic of blood tests for pre existing conditions prior to surgery In fact refusing to care for me for the next 2 years irrespective of what the issue is… Left me waiting for physio so long it caused secondary -bursitis These people should not be in charge of people’s health and well-being - shocking Only saving grace is their nursing team who are amazing. Dr spooner - misogynistic condescending arrogant Dr malone - I just don’t have the words to describe this ‘man’ - Awful - just awful - needless to say I am moving to Wrenbury. If I could do a review with no stars - it would have been zero from me... (Show more)

I would like to recommend this surgery and their excellent staff. Communication for medication and annual reviews is spot one. Appointments can be made for these quite easily. Test results and follow up appointments also no problem. My follow ups were with Sister Sarah whose advice was both caring and professionally helpful. A big thank you to you all. syrfery abd their 4xcenbt... (Show more)

This surgery makes accessing even basic general practice services unnecessarily stressful and treats many people who are unfortunate enough to be registered with them as an inconvenience. This is dangerous for anyone who has a health need but does not like confrontation. Most GP practices are not like this. Avoid!... (Show more)

Not very happy about a recent experience with the surgery. My partner put in a routine perscription via the Patches system they use. He asked to speak to a Doctor regarding changes they made last time to his meds (without his permission or a call to discuss with him). Only to receive the most disgusting, snotty response from a lady who I won't name. Not only was her response incorrect with information as looking at the last patches message, he had no such information provided / actions to take. But the tone in which she used was accusatory, unfriendly and quite frankly not what you would expect as customer service in response to someone your dealing with who is not well. Can you please remember that you are dealing with people, and your first go to should not be to respond in a rude manner to those you should be assisting. Horrible customer service. Do better!... Absolutely irresponsible receptionists - 3 months you can ask to add re-order pills to the NHS system - and nothing

Booked an appointment with a Doctor ... Yes Doctor .. not the receptionist not the cleaner .. no one else but a Doctor !! Arrived early .. to my surprise a voice would you like to come through !! I thought great at last real service .. !! Unfortunately my joy was short lived .. yes no Doctor .. at this stage I'm thinking the receptionist is my next best replacement !! Well they do act like they are doctors anyway .. No ..I received a lady who announced that she was going to " measure my Height " weigh me . .. and take my blood pressure .. ! Great .. I know how tall I am and how heavy I am .. and yes I'm stressed .. well done Tudor Surgery Nantwich for being so useless ... ! Mosslands surgery in Irlam Manchester is brilliant .. shame I'm not aloud to stay there "40 miles away " .. I feel better getting that out . So my blood pressure is okay now 👍... (Show more)

Rang for an emergency appointment at 2pm spoke to a doctor at 5.15pm and was seen by Dr Malone at 5.35pm… amazing didn’t rush the appointment and was fully checked over and went above and beyond despite not seeing a GP for a few years.

After developing chest pains I tried to make an appointment to see a doctor at Tudor Surgery. The Patchs online consultation system ensures that you don't see a GP face to face but I received a phone call from (and I will use his real name because he doesn't deserve anonymity) a Doctor Spooner who told me it was probably stress. With worsening symptoms I contacted the surgery again and Dr. Spooner very reluctantly agreed to see me in person, saying "I suppose you want me to have a listen to your chest". That would be a start, I thought. Dr. Spooner listened to my chest and, finding nothing out of the ordinary, told me the pain was psychosomatic, it was all in my head. I should avoid stress and relax, he advised. He appeared extremely sceptical when I told him I had never smoked. With ever worsening symptoms I left Tudor Surgery and enrolled at Nantwich Health Centre. Within days I had seen a GP face to face, all the relevant tests were arranged and it quickly became apparent that I was suffering from a hiatus hernia. I'm not the kind of person to hold a grudge but I am still extremely angry at the unprofessional and condescending behaviour of Dr. Spooner. Perhaps the other GPs at Tudor Surgery are fantastic but I have to base my review on what I experienced and I suffered unnecessarily for many weeks, and may have continued to do so, because of his inaction. Do yourself a favour: avoid Tudor Surgery and Dr. Spooner like the plague.... (Show more)
