I'm really glad I chose Garden Clinic because the counseling was very thorough and easy to understand, and they also provided good aftercare such as post-surgery checkups.
Even though the points I had accumulated through the Garden Clinic app were within the expiry date, when I tried to use them for a treatment, I was told that the app has been discontinued, so I can't use the points. They said that they sent an email to those who visited the clinic and those who have registered, but they have not registered for email, and even though they visited the clinic shortly before the clinic was discontinued, they did not inform them. I told him that I didn't agree with him, but he just said, ``Everyone is like that.'' I had over 20,000 yen worth of points, but they were wasted. I really can't forgive that. The explanation was also easy to understand.
I had abdominal liposuction here before, but they obviously cut corners...right? That's how it turned out. (Of course there was something left behind, but I'm starting to doubt whether the surgery was done in the first place. Personally, I think the best proof is that there was no internal bleeding or pain even though it was supposed to be a suction site.) Afterwards, I felt extremely nauseous, probably due to the side effects of the anesthesia, so I was allowed to rest in the rest room, but I was also saddened by the pressure to go home as soon as possible (because they wanted to free up the rest room?). The staff are bright and kind, and the store is clean. Personally, I find it helpful that there is a hair dryer in the powder room.

The nurse's attitude is really bad and I always feel uncomfortable. There is a lack of explanation and I often have to ask about it later. I also had liposuction, but it didn't work at all and my body shape didn't change so much that I thought it was an exaggeration. The price is not cheap and I am disappointed with this result. I regret that I should have dieted normally by managing my diet and exercising. We do not recommend treatment here as the follow-up is also very poor.... (Show more)

I had breast augmentation surgery. Anxiety about pain and other issues were alleviated through counseling and careful guidance. The surgery time was quick and the pain wasn't as bad as I expected. Thanks to the courteous treatment of all the staff, I am now going for massages, and I am determined to do my best. I have been to other cosmetic surgeries, but I think Garden Clinic is a wonderful clinic that truly listens to my concerns. Why not consider just getting some counseling?... (Show more)
