The doctor is always nice and willingly helped me with everything I ever needed, and that is unfortunately quite often on my skin. The only downside is that it is difficult to contact the doctor, so it is better to make an appointment directly with her for the next appointment.

My experience is that I went to doctors for more than a year with a skin problem and paid for expensive ointments that did not help me, before I came across this lady doctor, who immediately told me that nothing would help me after that except the laser. She ordered me the same week and I can already see a positive result after the first laser treatment. So for me, the doctor is honest, professional, empathetic, kind. She was kind and tried to answer all my questions. Even though she had difficulties in speaking English, Dr. Zora explained me everything and was very supportive.

She is alone in the doctor's office, so when she has a procedure, she can't answer the phones. When he has booked patients and someone comes with a problem that he's had for six months, but now he can't take it anymore, it's clear that he won't take him if it's not an emergency 😀 And that he has an empty waiting room? After about 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come out, as is the custom everywhere, I knocked and was scolded for being late. At the same time, I was at the place according to the phone before the appointment time, because I know that a lot of people are dealing with this, and I also know how many doctors don't like it when someone keeps knocking on their door. So, an interesting welcome to begin with. After announcing my problem, the doctor looked at my instep and with an annoyed announcement, where is it? She very reluctantly looked in that direction. So even though I told her beforehand exactly where and what I had a problem with, I felt like she didn't really bother to do something herself to at least find it. I very rarely see this incompetent doctors - she wasn't helpful at all and kept saying "I don't know" and sent me home with a big swollen bumps 2 days before the surgery, without making sure I'm good and without checking blood or any further tests so she makes sure it's nothing serious. I came to see Dr. Jakubíková because my face had gotten significantly worse, and since I had never been to a dermatologist, I didn't know what it was all about and was quite uneasy about it. There was no one in the waiting room, she didn't even have any patients, I arrived during office hours. Despite that, she didn't take me, she didn't even want to give me detailed advice, she said she can order me just like that, adding that she's not the only leather worker in Brno, so I can go elsewhere. Of course, I didn't order. That same day, I found another dermatologist who took me in immediately with a smile on her face and prescribed the treatment after 10 minutes.
