Very bad experience with this office. Please try a really different specialist. Instead of a year, I had braces for 5 years and I refused to continue the treatment! Very unprofessional approach, actually there is not even a doctor there and it is always managed by a different young nurse.
I would like to share with you my experience with the "doctor" and her office. During my treatment plan, I felt like a patient on a treadmill, because there are several chairs in the office, it goes like a treadmill. You don't have anyone in particular who takes care of you, the assistants take care of you kindly, but they go according to who has time. There were 3 different doctors during my treatment, the treatment kept getting longer, which I found disgusting. When I discovered the flaws after removal, the doctor defended herself by saying that I wanted to remove the braces myself. However, she forgot that in the last six months she was unable to say anything in which the treatment should continue. So I understand the other comments that the treatments are being extended on purpose. I would also like to comment on the behavior of Mrs. Velka, an arrogant person who builds her business as a money launderer... Her attitude was very unpleasant to me. For me, I do not recommend it and I would rather look for Mr. Handlíř, who has a really pleasant approach. She is big on money and lacks humanity...... (Show more)
The doctor always treated us arrogantly. In the end we switched to another and we are satisfied there
Great staff and doctors
I want to warn people.. the doctor prolongs the wearing of braces as long as possible.. my sister has been wearing them for over 5 years and now the period of reimbursement from the insurance company has also passed and now she has to pay for it out of her own pocket.. her teeth are crooked more than ever. ..doesn't communicate with her and is doing away with her.. thinking about moving on to someone else...
