About Mr Shabi Ahmad - Urology Services Specialises in Kidney stones (Minimally invasive and percutaneous surgeries) Prostate problems Urological cancer (prostate, bladder, kidney or testicular) Urinary tract infections and urinary incontinence (male and female) Erectile/ sexual dysfunction and male infertility I specialize in minimally invasive, ureteroscopic as well as percutaneous approach for renal and ureteric stones. I also sub-specialize in laser surgery for prostate and bladder cancer and stones. I take an active interest in dealing with female incontinence and provide invasive intravesical therapy as well as neuro-stimulation. Surgeries for various genitalia and foreskin pathologies are performed as well as investigations and managements for all forms of urological malignancies and exotic infections. I am a graduate of the famous Dow Medical College in Pakistan. I completed my higher surgical training in urology with special interest in endourology (stone diseases) in Newcastle. Then, I completed my Royal College membership in 2008 and fellowship in urology in 2015. I have completed advance endourological training and fellowship in the UK as well as high volume centers in South East Asia. I have also worked with Prof. Arthur Smith, the father of endourology based in the United States. I maintain an active role in teaching and training of junior doctors. I am a clinical tutor and supervisor for foundation and specialty trainees. I am also an honorary visiting lecturer at the Dow University of Health Sciences.
