Their first consultation was free, about which “They are not obliged to warn,” we asked for the second consultation for free, since we were ready to enter into the protocol, and had already paid for the first one, which they have on offer. They said that if they take me into the protocol, there is no need to pay for the consultation. After the second consultation, they took another 6,500, since you need to enter into the protocol from 2-3 days “What they are not obliged to warn about.” 😂 Draw conclusions). It’s sad, they could make money on my protocols, instead of spoiling their opinion of themselves through divorce consultations. Nice clinic. I was examined. I was able to get pregnant and am now being monitored here. Attentive and professional doctors. There are no unnecessary tests or other imposed procedures (for example, when they said that it was better to get additional advice from an endocrinologist, they didn’t impose theirs in any way, they just said that we also have it, if you want, sign up). I’m so disappointed with this clinic. I flew from NY to come to this clinic since my husband lives in Moscow. Ekaterina Malbakhova is the doctor I was seeing. I told the doctor the dosage she gave me made me sick. I was having hot flashes and felt dizzy. Then, I asked her twice to harvest the matured eggs on day 11 but I was denied. She kept me on the same agenda and gave a trigger shot 36 hours before puncture. Long story short, I lost 6 matured eggs on the spot. It turned out that I ovulated on my own the day before and lost 6 follicles out of 10. Only one matured egg became an embryo. To make matter worst, instead of being understanding, they had the nerve to blame my body for releasing the eggs too early. I don’t trust their professional opinion and that is basis for a lawsuit. That was a waste of time and money. I am transferring my embryo to another clinic in Moscow called Remedi. Anyone coming from the West, don't waste your time and money at that clinic. Trust me!!! Go to Remedi... or another fertility clinic in Moscow.... (Show more)

Disgusting attitude towards patients. It so happened that before the puncture my doctor Mosesova YE fell ill, but no one warned me about this. I came for the puncture, I was lying in the operating room, an unfamiliar man came and said that he would do the puncture. How is this in general? He could not clearly explain why the replacement occurred. Where was I supposed to go? I had to agree to someone unknown. It seems the clinic thinks it's okay not to report such things. Not only did the nurse not warn in advance, but they also did not inform the reserch, at least a few minutes before the procedure, so that they could at least somehow mentally prepare for such changes. You go to a clinic to see a specific doctor, and during a responsible and morally difficult procedure you get a person whom you have never seen before and would not choose as your doctor! There was also an irresponsible attitude towards analysis. My short tests were overdue before the puncture, I brought fresh ones, but nurse Masha did not remember about it. That is, they carry out serious procedures without knowing the current condition of the patient. In addition, the clinic provides terrible information about the condition of the embryos. They don’t call within the promised time frame, you have to constantly call yourself and the answer may be the next day or not at all. Trustworthy Clinic. My experience was overall positive. From the beginning the staff is professional and they helped me throughout my journey with everything, even going steps further with things and information beyond of what we have agreed upon. I'm really thankful to NGC and especially to Vlada, Diana and the director Marina for all their support. I could not have done it without them. Do not contact this clinic under any circumstances! Ugly reception (tests are lost or deadlines for test readiness are stated incorrectly, because of this all deadlines are delayed). The attitude of the doctors is not caring. The bank of donor oocytes is fictitious, you pay for donor cells, but the embryos do not survive. There is gross money being made from people's illnesses.
