Mrs. at the counter was not professional. She had a gentleman come in while we were still in the waiting area. But when the gentleman was inside, we had to wait outside in the wind. Is not fair. You're inside for an hour without treatment or anything like that. Strict corona rules still applied within the practice. It took 30 minutes before we received checks, even though face masks were no longer required. Spent too much time with the children. Wasn't fun and didn't feel comfortable. Was a satisfied patient here for 25 years until I moved to Germany. Had a problem yesterday and they helped me very well.
