Extremely bad experiences here. Had unnecessary treatments several times with fairly high bills. I had my teeth whitened here because it would be safer with the dental hygienist than at a whitening studio. Everything went wrong, the dental hygienist clearly had no idea what she was doing. She opened a jar of bleach right over my head and I got the extremely corrosive bleach in my eye which bothered me for several days. Then received a bill for more than €500 (a whitening studio charges about €100). My teeth were a lot whiter for a few days, but the color has partly returned to the old color. The dentist is better than the dental hygienist, but I would simply avoid this practice completely.... (Show more)

Not recommended for extreme anxiety!!! They deserve even less than 1 star! You always get a different dentist or dental hygienist, but this has gone well until now Had treatment with dental hygienist Andrea last Wednesday. This one was downright bizarre. I am familiar with extreme anxiety with hyperventilation. This was always taken into account. Except by Andrea. She put the drill on my gums and I stated several times that it really hurt. Once at the top it was unbearable. I raised my hand at least 4 times and indicated that it hurt too much. Still, she continued and said it would only take a moment. Due to the pain I could no longer control my breathing and I had a complete panic attack. The assistant came to take a look and I ran outside. They called for a doctor to come and my husband said no. She also came out later and felt it necessary to accuse me of not being clear and that she has experienced it herself and it doesn't hurt that much, bizarre. I was still in such a panic, I asked my husband to take me home. 2 hours later my heart rate had dropped. After that I heard nothing more from the dentist or assistant. They were able to send the bill after a week and even longer than I had been. After several complaints have been filed, I am not even heard! Not even a response! I would like to continue with it but I don't know how. Hopefully she doesn't do this to others too! I am now not only afraid of the dentist but also of the dental hygienist! Just an update, after more than 5 weeks of waiting, the dental hygienist in question contacted us to discuss the complaint. Immediately started accusing me of it being my fault. They just don't take bizarre complaints seriously! I think more people have a panic attack because they are not impressed by it.... (Show more)

Great doctors! After the treatment, and I treated some teeth a long time ago, there were no problems, the fillings did not fall out, the treatment was carried out carefully, it did not hurt, I saw a few doctors, I recommend it.

I visited several clinics, I found the doctors and the service very good, they were very polite. The doctor gave a detailed consultation, told me what to do first and how to plan treatment in the future, helped with the choice of hygiene. Everything is well explained, you don't get the feeling that you are going to a dental factory, but here you really get personal service. I come here with my children, they also take plenty of time for them and receive a present, not that you are outside again after 2 seconds. I am very satisfied with this practice... (Show more)

I have now had 3 experiences at dental care clinics and all three are nothing to write home about. First of all, I had a cavity that needed to be filled. Fine, it can happen. The dentist then came in with a gigantic syringe and I half-panicked asking what the syringe was for. This one was to numb my jaw. When asked whether the hole was so intense that he could drill a nerve, the answer was no. When asked if it would hurt, the answer was no, but it could be sensitive. Since when is a syringe simply taken without consultation? Anyway, excellent job done without a sprayer. Then the dental hygienist. I received unsolicited advice on how I should use brushes. Besides the fact that I'm not a small child and this isn't the first time I've been to a dental hygienist, I know exactly how a brush can be stuck between my teeth, I don't need any explanation. It turned out that an amount of around 20 euros had been added to the invoice for that 'information'. Nice and easy money. The last time I visited the dental hygienist I had to wait fifteen minutes for my appointment (I was on time, I think the appointment ran late), then I was outside again after 10 minutes and was charged for 6x5 minutes of dental cleaning. By the way, the last time I received an appointment reminder a day after my appointment. Nicely on time. I am going to look for another dentist and dental hygienist. Anyone have any tips?... I would not recommend this practice if you are looking for a nice, reliable dentist. I have been a customer there for several years now and things have happened several times that should have been deal-breakers. I regularly visit the dentist and dental hygienist for check-ups and have never met the same person for my appointments more than twice in a row. It has happened that I walked in at the agreed time and there was no dentist present and it has also happened that no dental hygienist was present even though I did have an appointment. In both cases I was not contacted in advance and was expected to return at another time. I was always able to put all this into perspective because the dentists and dental hygienists on duty were always knowledgeable and friendly. However, last week I reached my limit. I had not yet closed the door of the treatment room when the dental hygienist, unknown to me, started speaking to me in a belittling manner about my teeth. Before she even looked in my mouth, I was given a lecture about taking care of my mouth. It was as if she were talking to a stubborn teenage girl instead of a grown woman of almost 30. I tried to explain to her that I take care of my teeth by the book, but she talked over me, implied I was lying and shoved a hand mirror into my hands. She forced me to look in the mirror as she roughed my teeth with a toothpick and continued her condescending lecture. I felt so unsafe and belittled, but I couldn't leave. I ended up finishing the treatment and then ran out of the practice as quickly as I could. It has never happened that I have been treated so disrespectfully by a medical professional. I eventually sent an email explaining the situation and requesting written confirmation that this woman would no longer be treating me, but I never received a response. A repeat email in which I once again requested Mondzorg Clinics to respond also received no response. Because I want to spare others the fear, humiliation and pain that I have experienced here, I would like to warn everyone in this way and advise people against becoming a customer here.... Oral care scammers is the name, they said my mouth was so broken. All together it would cost about €3000 because that was really necessary. That was strange, in my previous place of residence everything was fine at my old dentist, so this was a big shock to me. So I went to another dentist in 's-Hertogenbosch for a second opinion. After an inspection there was nothing wrong at all, no holes or overdue maintenance. All together it was around €80. What scammers, they certainly thought they would agree with that, I want to protect everyone from these fraudulent malpractices. I therefore advise everyone to double check at another practice as soon as you receive an extremely high bill, as I did. Too bad I had to give at least one star, I don't deserve any 🌟.... (Show more)
