I have been coming to this practice for over 8 years, 3 to 4 times a year and I am happy that I was referred to this practice. I am particularly satisfied with the quality of care and the skills of the dental hygienist who always treats me.

This is the worst dental practice I have been to in the Netherlands. I guess I was lucky that I only got a cleaning and not something more serious. Anyway, after the cleaning, my whole mouth was bloody and my teeth still hurt for two days. This clinic had the worst attitude towards customers, you don't see any service there and if you don't like something it's your fault. I heard no excuses for my address and all I heard was that it was my own fault and that they have everything according to the law. Now let's get to my situation: First of all, the doctor didn't "recognize" my ID. She thought it was "fake" and told me so straight away. To which I replied that if she doesn't know this kind of ID, that doesn't mean it's not real, but whatever. Then I asked about my insurance, if my cleaning would be covered by insurance, to which the doctor said not to worry about it, that everything was clear and automatic. Oh well, I thought, that was my whole "consultation". Then I sat in the chair for a maximum of 25 minutes for this terrible cleaning, after which I went home with a bloody mouth. Some time later I received a bill for 150 euros, because the doctor had written down that my cleaning had taken 45 minutes, and of course my insurance will not reimburse that. I wrote a letter to the clinic and told everything in detail, I did not hear basic excuses, they refused to check the time and defended their doctor. In general, I was blamed, after which I received several emails. I felt terrible, I can't remember ever being treated like that by the staff at any other clinic. In total desperation, I agreed to pay the bill, realizing that the attitude towards me would only get worse. In general this is a terrible attitude, I don't recommend anyone to go there.... Excellent clinic! The personnel is very friendly and highly experienced. I was treated by Dr. Luciano Pitzurra several times - he is an excellent specialist and helped with some complicated cases (I was surprised to read the other persons feedback below). I've been a few times now and I didn't want to at first but it was a good treatment. With my previous dental hygienist you were often out in 10 minutes, but here they take the time for me. Other good advice. I recommend it to everyone.

I received highly professional care in a modern and welcoming clinic equipped with high technology. First level assistants and specialists. Excellent attention towards the patient and the ability to propose the best clinical solutions.

This practice is located in a beautiful building on Voorstraat in Noordwijk. We work with the most modern equipment and the staff gives a very experienced and professional impression. Internal communication also seems to be going well, because both the dental hygienists and the lady on the phone are fully aware of my situation and wishes when asked. Awesome! Professional, quality of care is excellent. Mascha is absolutely great. And the decor is hip and modern. Every little detail has been thought through.
