My legs burned, the temperature of the wax was very high, I asked for it to be lowered and they told me that it was because I was not used to it and that was how it had to be, in the armpit the wax stuck too much and they had to do 9 pulls to get it to work. It came off abruptly, this did not work and they decided to put another thick layer of wax, this led to bruises in the area, they left all my hair badly torn off, it was the same as shaving but adding the burn and blisters on my legs....
