Question and Answer

Dr Miyuki Kun
On April 1, 2011, we were able to open a dermatologic clinic on the 5th floor of Tokozo store Maruyama store in Chuo Ward, Sapporo, with the support and cooperation of many people. The goal of our hospital is to treat skin disorders that severely impair quality of life for the principal even with minor skin troubles from insurance-adaptive general skin disorders, from other people's viewpoints, skin aging such as spots, It is to make a proper treatment based on accurate diagnosis against a wide range of skin troubles, help to regain healthy beautiful skin, to become a general skin care physician. After I graduated from Hakodate Chubu High School, I entered Hirosaki University and entered Sapporo Medical Dermatology Department in the year I graduated, where I examined skin cancer, severe atopic dermatitis, burns, waterborne diseases, collagen diseases, etc., I experienced a number of common skin diseases at related hospitals on all roads and acquired a dermatologist.
I haven't gotten my money back for the remaining courses I can't complete, but what's going on with that? Please return the rest of the money you haven't done. I haven't received the paper to write my passbook number at the address I gave you over the phone. It is your choice to take a leave of absence, but please take responsibility as an adult.... If you have any skin problems, they will let you know right away. They sympathize with my concerns, and with a smile on their faces, they prescribe medicinal medications and give quick instructions that no further action is required. It seems like it's closed, but I hope it reopens soon. I always rush in to deal with skin problems, but I'm still in trouble.... (Show more)
Some reviews said that the teachers were cold, but that was not the case and they were generally kind. I think it was refreshing, but I didn't think it was cold. I would like to thank the nurses for being so polite and kind in their treatment and in dealing with people. However, what bothered me was the receptionist. This didn't happen with the previous patients, but perhaps the new patients lack experience in the working world, and in front of other patients, they would say something like, "Mr. There was a lack of risk management for personal information. I wasn't told my own, but I was listening to it next to me and thought, "Hey, hey..." I think this is a problem that people are not used to, so I would like them to be more considerate.... I've been going there for many years now. I am happy that my skin looks beautiful with no pigmentation after the treatment. thank you teacher.
I visited for hair removal. The nurses and receptionists were polite and kind. The female doctor treated me in a cold and cold manner that seemed to make fun of people. When I hear about my skin problems, they just laugh and make fun of me. The nurse will also do all the initial counseling and interviews. Afterwards, in a separate room, the teacher looks at the patient's medical record and repeats the same steps as appropriate. It is said that the doctor decides the depth of irradiation by looking at it, but in reality he just looks at it as he passes by. The way the teacher spoke to the staff was very high-pressure and could be heard all the way to the waiting room, making it uncomfortable. I will never go there again.... (Show more)
As I thought before, the reviews were generally good this time as well, so I wonder if the bad reviews are sabotage from fellow workers? My impression was so different that I decided to write about it. There are many dermatologists out there who prescribe medicine without even touching or even looking at the affected area, but last time they wiped the affected area and examined it carefully, and this time they consulted me about my physical condition before prescribing medicine. I'm so glad that he did. Mine isn't a serious disease, so I don't know about beauty treatments or other treatments. What are sticky reviews? That's what I thought and wrote it. I don't want to write a good review because I'd be in trouble if it gets crowded, but I'd rather write one because I'd be in trouble if it went out of business or was relocated. It's also very helpful that I work until late in the evening.... (Show more)
I used to go to this clinic, but the treatment was really inappropriate and terrible, so I changed to another clinic. Even though I went there hoping to get better, the doctor's appointment only lasted less than 30 seconds, no joke, and the doctor just touched the computer without looking at it at all. It all ended with a simple statement, ``I'll give you some medicine.'' Naturally, there was no sign of it getting better. I don't know if I'm busy or not, but I think it can't be helped if people think I'm just doing my job. I can't recommend it.... (Show more)
I was surprised at how bad the phone response was.
I feel safe because it's a female doctor.
I'm really grateful that I can see the doctor on Saturdays and Sundays. Toko Store and Tsuruha Drug are also located in the same building, so you can conveniently go shopping after your appointment.
When I was examined for acne on my stomach, the doctor asked me, "Why do you think it's happening?"
The teacher is kind. When I entered the examination room holding my daughter, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel at home. They also gave me a special combination drug (steroids) that other hospitals said they couldn't give.
I had the stain removed with a laser. The counseling was thorough and the treatment was very good. Since I am covered by insurance, it was convenient for me to be able to see the doctor along with me during follow-up visits after the treatment.
I went there for the first time. This is a valuable dermatology clinic that is open even on Sundays. It was completely different from the low ratings. I think it felt good in general. And the low rating comments There was no apology, or there was only a brief examination. They won't give me medicine, Just selfish comments. What on earth are you looking for when you come to a dermatologist? It said it was high pressure, but it was normal! On the other hand, I think it's more of a problem if it's messing around.... I suddenly felt unwell, so I went looking for a clinic that was open on Sundays as well. I went there with a lot of excitement because there were a lot of reviews with one star. To be honest, I don't understand why the ratings are so low. The hospital is clean and the nurses are prompt. The doctor listens carefully and makes a decision. I don't have to look at my computer all the time, There is no need to look down from above, I felt it was a polite response. What about the nearby clinic? ! That's about it There is a young female doctor who listens to you, lol. There is no such thing with this doctor, That said, it's not too formal... I think they are responding with just the right sense of distance. If I had to force it, would the receptionist's style be a negative point? I may have let my guard down a little because the hospital was empty. It is often said that the mouth is the root of disaster. The reception desk at a medical institution is especially careful about things like this. I thought it would be better to be careful.... (Show more)
I used this clinic because my local hospital was closed on Sundays and I needed medicine urgently. However, since it is a cosmetic dermatology clinic, when the medicine was ordered, it was treated coldly. There was also a hospital in the countryside that offered this service, but I guess they just wanted to do beauty treatments rather than a regular dermatology clinic. That's the impression. Since it was Sunday, the hospital was crowded and felt a little unsanitary. The mat at the entrance seemed to have twisted and created a step, and an elderly person who came to the hospital tripped, hit his head, and bled. An ambulance was coming.... (Show more)
Although it's a little far from my home, I came looking for a dermatologist that was open on Sundays. Although there were some negative comments, the hospital was very clean and beautiful, and the staff and teachers were very responsive. I had severe skin irritation, but the medicine I was prescribed worked well.... (Show more)
I visited the hospital with eczema on my hands and itching on my back. I live alone, so my back is really bothering me, and I would have liked to have it properly examined and maybe put some medicine on it, but I was only able to see it for a moment. After that, I was told that the medicine would be dispensed without even looking at me while I was typing on the computer. For my hands, I was given a strong steroid ointment without any explanation. I was scared of the doctor, so I asked the pharmacy next door to change my condition, but they told me to come back to the clinic, and the receptionist glared at me and said, ``That's why I gave it to you because of your symptoms.'' No matter what, it won't happen. I haven't even looked into it properly... I don't think you would have a bad experience if you went to another clinic.... (Show more)
It was very helpful that he was able to see me on Sundays, but the doctor seemed to be focusing on cosmetics and didn't seem to like children very much. Not recommended if you are bringing children.
It was a high-pressure medical treatment. I will never go there again.
