Not very patient centric. Physio seemed to be more interested in testing out his new gadget and charging extra for it
Disappointing. Sports physio who didn't really understand my condition. No thorough assessment undertaken, just a quick review and after a snappy 30 minutes sent a bunch of exercises to mobile phone. Also why charge patients €2.00 for the staff to wear PPE at every appointment?? Sharp practice. Avoid and do your research first - there are much better places in Dublin.... (Show more)
They cannot see me- too busy and booked out unless the cancellation will come ( at some unknown time in the future), until then I should be living with severe pain as these people are too busy and could not be bothered to see you. Great place!
Visited for a post natal assessment, 1 hour later I felt like a new woman! Incredible treatment with ideas and exercises to ensure I stayed pain free. Highly recommend
Excellent job done by both reception and the physiotherapist. I emailed last night asking for an emergency appointment due to a sudden onset issue that was preventing me from sleeping and walking without pain. Joan on reception called me straight away this morning and offered me an appointment. I saw Helen MacDevitt, who was thorough and efficient with no rushing despite the fact it was a last minute appointment. Excellent bed side manner and evidence based cross infection control. I have never been to the clinic before but they still prioritised me.... (Show more)
Totally overpriced (140€ for an hour session with a physio) and didn't comply with the covid19 safety rules, I didn't feel safe, the physio didn't wear a mask at all during the hour session but they charged an extra fee for PPE( I was wearing my own face mask)! Ridiculous!. I wont come back and I don't recommend it... (Show more)
After 6 operations and 29 years of agony, I went to Sharon through a referral from a consultant who said Sharon was the best in the country- and it worked. Sharon is the best in the country- this place is fantastic- trust the results. Thoroughly professional highest standards of treatment. Five shiny stars.
Superb place! I've attended a few different therapists over the years for various different issues and they are amazing. It's also wonderful for appointment availability. Highly recommended.
Came to Frank Kenny two days before the Dublin marathon with back pain. After one session and following his prescribed stretches I was good as new. Couldn’t reccomend highly enough. Receptionist was very accommodating and helpful.
I attended Milltown Physio for a session with Sarah Mullins, I would highly recommend the clinic when I called to make the appointment the receptionist was incredibly helpful asking all relevant questions to ensure I was going to the right therapist, she referred me to Sarah and the session was incredibly helpful, she was experienced and gave great advice, after the session which included dry needling I had the first nights sleep in a number of weeks. I will be returning for more sessions as I suffer with a chronic issue but I really liked that she didn’t straight away recommend endless sessions (which I have heard from other physio).... I had my appointment yesterday morning with Sharon. I can't recommend her enough! She listened carefully to all my concerns, answered all my questions and provided me with a very comprehensible plan to work on my problem. She was cordial and took all the time needed to make sure I felt comfortable. I also loved the exercises she showed. I'll definitely come back and recommend this place to friends and family!... I’ve been attending Milltown Physiotherapy for the last couple of years and find them to be fantastic. They offer a very high standard of service, are friendly and professional and have helped me with a couple of injuries that other physios weren’t able to help me with. Would highly recommend them to everyone!
I've been seeing Frank Kenny as a physio for a number of years. I have been with a number of physios and Franks knowledge is above and beyond anyone else I've worked with. Always a calm and friendly place.
