I started going to mortar and milk in Sep 2021 to get my skin into top condition ahead of my wedding. The results of the bespoke facial were absolutely incredible and I had so many compliments on my skin in the lead up to and on the big day… maybe more than my dress! I then went back to M&M when i fell pregnant in march 2022 and had developed really bad acne… Pam was an angel. She listened to my concerns around my skin and pregnancy and millions of other things, and kindly reassured. My skin did get better and I’m now visiting Pam to clear up some of the scarring as a result of the acne which is starting to disappear with the help of the PHA barrier serum. My friends have commented that my skin has never looked so good… the serum is now my ‘cannot live without’ product and has even helped to clear up some recurring psoriasis. Pam is a miracle worker and each visit is an absolute pleasure and well well worth the money. Have seen Pam for a consultation and facial for my acne and roseacre. She is absoloute amazing!! Could not recommend highly enough, so professional, kind and most of all caring. Does not try to sell you stuff and really wants to help. She is so knowledgeable and works in a very holistic way, which really helps in understanding your skin. Mortar and Milk is a warm, inviting salon with hugely knowledgeable people. I ordered the amazing serum last Sept / Oct and loved it so much that when my sister suggested a weekend away in London (we live in Ireland) I had to book a facial. Pam was so welcoming and helpful with advice for my skin, a beautiful facial which gave me glowing skin not just that day and the days after - but lasting effects for weeks. I've used (and love) the serum and the lip product. Cannot recommend both Mortar and Milk and its products highly enough - just wish I lived closer to visit more often.... (Show more)

Amazing!!!! I came to the spa thinking I knew what treatment I wanted. However, they suggested another treatment ( cheaper) as they thought it would be more beneficial! And they were not lying!!!!! They make you feel so comfortable, they tell you why they are doing certain steps. Which makes you feel at ease. I would totally recommend this place!! The staff are so kind!! From my first appointment with Pam I felt so at ease and relaxed. We had an in depth discussion about my skin and everything that might be affecting it, and she suggested things I never would’ve thought of that have really helped! Her treatments are incredible and she really cares about her clients. She is getting my skin ready for my wedding coming up and I feel so much more relaxed knowing she is in control. I really couldn't recommend a small business more than I can Mortar and Milk. Pam is the most dedicated, kind and knowledgeable skin aesthetician I have ever come across. She has transformed my skin and I can honestly say my life. Acne is debilitating! I only wish I had found Pam sooner.
